【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名30歲陳姓女子，今天上午11時許疑似到男友家求復合不成，在男友住家頂樓大吵大鬧揚言自殺，男友家人擔心出事緊趕報警。

陳姓女子見到大批消防人員到場，不斷哭喊拒絕送醫。由於陳女情緒激動且歇斯底里，救護人員只好將她強制送醫。男友家人無奈地說，男友已經是癌末，每次他們分手後，陳女都會到家大吵大鬧揚言自殺，實在無可奈何。

一名男子和前女友分手後，各自都有了新對象，也都男婚女嫁了。日前2人重逢敘舊，男方以拉K為由邀前女友上賓館開房間，女方不疑有他，結果一進門就被前男友性侵。男子辯稱是對方邀約「嘿咻」，以「完成兩人當年交往時尚未突破的最後一道防線」，但男子測謊未過被法院判處強制性交罪3年8月徒刑。

這起男子性侵前女友、竟辯稱是對方主動邀約的案件，發生在桃園縣。去年6月21日中午，30歲的郭姓男子和前女友碰面，2人後來男婚女嫁、各奔東西，郭男以想要拉K為由，擔心遭警方查獲，且因為2人都是已婚身分，為避免不必要的誤會，郭男便開車載著前女友到中壢市一間汽車旅館休息。

2人進房之後，女子原本一邊看電視、一邊吃薯條，郭男則是拉K完後到廁所洗澡，出來後將女子抱到床上，女子嚇了一跳大叫「你要幹嗎？」郭男稱「我沒有在跟妳玩！」根據《蘋果日報》報導，郭男強吻被害人，並強脫對方衣物，儘管女子使勁抵抗，但仍遭郭男性侵得逞。

事後被害人不堪受辱，趁郭男熟睡時以手機傳簡訊通報胞妹協助報警，警方獲報逮人。郭男被逮後辯稱，是對方邀約做愛，以「完成兩人當年交往時尚未突破的最後一道防線」，結果反遭設局「仙人跳」。但女方否認2人曾是男女朋友，加上郭男測謊未過，並驗出有毒品反應，法官依強制性交罪判處郭男3年8月徒刑。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】里昂證券出具報告表示，半導體後端封測日月光（2311）和矽品（2325）布局中國智慧機/平板，以及銅打線產能擴充下持續獲取市占，不過隨著聯發科（2454）和高通促使相關業者新增產能，市場競爭已更激烈，維持日月光和矽品賣出評等並下修目標價，看好力成（6239）股價估值和殖利率表現。
 
里昂證券指出，布局中國市場是個廠重要的差異化因素，仍看好日月光、矽品下半年持續成長。不過聯發科和高通等都逐漸在分散後端供應鏈廠商，讓相關競爭同業積極建置產能，將影響廠商後市獲利，考量整體封測產業市場競爭，仍維持日月光、矽品賣出評等，目標價分別下修至22.3元、28.7元。
