記者林修卉／台北報導 特偵組以法務部長曾勇夫涉嫌接受立法院長王金平與立委柯建銘關說，函送監察院調查。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡今（6）日中午召開記者會指出，檢察總長黃世銘與曾勇夫長期不合，大家都知道，這是司法界鬥爭，而且挑在王金平出國不在，「黃世銘鬥曾勇夫、馬英九鬥王金平」。 吳秉叡指出，一整個政府亂了套，特偵組掌司法職權，若有犯罪可進行偵查、起訴，但此案未偵查犯罪不法，卻把法務部長函送給監察院，此為行政行為，不是司法行為。 吳秉叡說，特偵組也創下檢察官把公務員移送監察院的先例，三權分立全部被打亂，連立委「實質影響力」都被會偵辦了，特偵組還推說國會自律，這跟國會自律有什麼關係？ 民進黨立委黃偉哲則說，外界看起來好像特偵組大義滅親，但背後有耐人尋味的政治解讀，只要有違法就起訴，有證據就公諸於世，請特偵組不必做政治偵防的監聽，也不必替馬英九做事。 吳秉叡表示，此案很荒謬，就算被告承認自己犯罪，都還要經過調查，而這是找一個被關說的檢察官出來講，都不需要調查，可以這樣輕忽處理嗎？特偵組變成政治鬥爭的打手，非常不齒。
