AlwaysMouseWheel 是個相當特別的小工具，可以我們在不同視窗中操作滑鼠滾輪、上下捲動不同視窗的內容，不管這些視窗是不是在桌面最上方執行中。

這樣做有個好處，尤其是當我們開啟了很多個不同的視窗時，若要即時找找看不視窗的內容，可以省去點按滑鼠、選取視窗的動作之外，也可不讓該視窗跳到桌面最上方、蓋到目前視窗的視線。

如果你習慣這種不點選視窗、直接捲動內容的操作方式，用起來應該會很方便。

近期突然爆出的關說風波，除了導致府務部長下台之外，或許也牽動著藍綠兩黨未來的政治布局，整起事件由於牽扯藍綠重量級人士，所以不論是藍綠政治人物在發言時，也顯得格外小心，但是事情的發展，看起來卻又像是政治鬥爭，讓人霧裡看花稿不清楚政治人物的想法。
 
相較之前，林益世和賴素如的涉貪事件，總統府的反應較為緩慢，這次的關說事件，總統府不但第一時間發布新聞稿，總統馬英九也很快就感到痛心跟震驚，並且要求立法院長王金平盡快回國說明；同時，特偵組還一反常態再發布新聞稿前，提醒記者「切勿錯過」。
 
不但讓人覺得是檢法之間的不和又浮出檯面，而馬王之間，從當初國民黨主席選舉的互動，以及兩人的瑜亮情結，很明顯的又被提起，但是就在大家都在不斷強調這是政治鬥爭時，會不會其實整起事件又是一個高明的政治手法？
 
馬英九的處理方式，雖然看似不護短，讓法務部長負起政治責任下台；但是自己任命的政務官卻完全沒有替他說話，第一時間表達的卻是痛心，對於外界所說的法檢鬥爭沒做回應不打緊，甚至讓人覺得要藉此機會鬥爭王金平，很不像是身為一個國家領導人該有的高度。

標題[請問] 薛丁格的貓
