教育部今天頒發全國技專校院通識課程績優學校，魏素足開的通識課「現代小說與愛情心理學」名列榜單。她引導學生閱讀小說，瞭解對愛情的正確態度，受到學生歡迎。

賴素足說，現代愛情傾向「速食化」，很多人不懂得處理感情問題，尤其不懂得適當的分手，以為寄了一封簡訊就可以了，釀成許多無法挽回的悲劇。她希望透過古往今來的愛情小說，帶領學生反思愛情的價值觀。

賴素足的一個學生，在閱讀完作家李昂的小說「殺夫」後，驚然發現自己的男友，符合課堂上所說的「危險情人」要素，趕緊求救。最後在賴素足的細心指導下，學生順利、平穩地和男友分手，避免悲劇發生。

今年技專通識課程績優學校，總計有5校、19個科目得獎，教育部今天並在德明財經科技大學舉辦研討會，讓通識教師交流心得。

菲律賓總統府馬拉坎南宮今天宣布，美國總統歐巴馬將於下個月造訪馬尼拉，進一步提升菲美盟友關係。

馬拉坎南宮在聲明中說，歐巴馬將於10月11日至12日對菲律賓進行國是訪問，與總統艾奎諾三世討論「進一步加強美菲聯盟的方式，包括拓展安全、經濟及人民關係。」

聲明表示，歐巴馬的馬尼拉之行，將是他對亞洲數國訪問行程的一部份。

這將是歐巴馬首次訪問菲律賓。

菲律賓與美國具有戰略夥伴關係，1名要求不具名的菲律賓外交部官員向中央社記者表示，歐巴馬屆時可能見證菲律賓與美國簽署增加美軍在菲輪替人員的架構性協定。

馬尼拉目前正與華府協商，增加美軍在菲輪替，一般認為，菲律賓政府希望藉由增加美軍在菲輪調兵力，制衡中國大陸的海上力量。

菲律賓駐美大使庫西亞（Jose Cuisia Jr.）也發表聲明，對歐巴馬訪菲表示歡迎。

庫西亞說，歐巴馬的來訪凸顯華府對菲美長期盟友關係的重視，以及對艾奎諾三世的支持。

根據白宮網站，歐巴馬將先赴印尼出席亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）年會暨領袖會議，之後轉往汶萊參加美國-東南亞國家協會峰會和東亞峰會，再到馬來西亞出席全球創業高峰會，最後一站才到菲律賓。

體育署今天在地方政府體育行政研討會中鼓勵輔導學校成立棒球隊或運動社團，並將職棒比賽列為國中小學校外教學課程。

地方政府體育行政主管人員研討會在金門大學舉行，今天進入第2天議程綜合討論與座談，由教育部體育署學校體育組長吳永祿主持。

體育署競技運動組提出「振興棒球運動總計畫」，對振興棒運有完整的計畫，希望各縣市政府配合推動，未來國內棒球實力能達世界前3強，四級棒球隊伍達900隊。

學校體育組也希望各縣市政府教育局處輔導各校成立棒球代表隊或棒球運動社團，並將職棒比賽列為國中小學校外教學課程。

學校體育組指出，101學年度各級學校棒球代表隊859隊、社團1013個，「振興棒球運動總計畫」規劃基層棒球隊到民國106年成長到900隊，棒球社團成長到1200個。

體育署綜合規劃組提出運動發展基金補助學生參與觀賞運動競技或表演要點，鼓勵學校踴躍申請，觀賞職棒賽也在補助範圍內。

依規定，學校籌組20名學生以上參加體育署公告運動賽事，或籌組50名學生以上觀賞體育署公告各該運動賽事或表演，在活動舉辦1個月前申請；原則補助報名/門票費80%、交通費及保險費50%、加油打氣器材道具費（限觀賞活動）50%到100%，雜支費用（不超過前3項經費總和10%）補助80%；低收入戶、原住民或身心障礙學生的交通費、保險費補助100%。

主辦明年全中運的桃園縣政府教育處也表示，全中運報名截止後，排定各縣市時間到全中運紀錄組逐一核對報名選手資料，充裕補件或修正時間，保障選手比賽權益。

全國各縣市政府體育行政人員兩天內聽取體育署重要施政業務報告、學校專任運動教練、學校體育班等政策報告，並分享地方政府舉辦大型運動賽事、推行體育班、學校體育課程等經驗。

【綜合報導】阿姆斯特丹「梵谷博物館」利用富士軟片（Fujifilm）提供的新技術，將梵谷最著名的5幅畫作，包括《豐收》與《向日葵》，製出幾乎完美的複製畫，由於技術費工，一天僅可複製3幅作品，每幅要價2.5萬歐元（約台幣100萬元）。
 
路透報導，梵谷博物館館長呂格（Axel Rueger）稱：「複製史迎來新時代，過去我們有平版印刷，黑白與彩色相片相繼出現，現在複製更進入3D層次。」他強調，待複製技術提升、成本降低，3D複製畫的價格將下降。
 
3D複製畫，利用富士軟片的「浮雕體層攝影術」（Reliefography）完成，結合3D掃描和高解析度印刷。這些複製畫幾乎與真畫一模一樣，只有專家能夠鑑定出細微差別。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】中秋節快到了，企業獻愛不落人後！水舞饌餐飲集團九月發起「中秋佳節捐葡式蛋塔禮盒做公益」活動，鼓勵到店用餐民眾認購蛋塔禮盒，送給台中南區家扶中心扶助的弱勢家庭度中秋，該集團特助丁國璽說，到昨天為止共募集到350個蛋塔禮盒，加上該集團送出100盒愛心蛋塔，共計450盒蛋塔禮盒今天下午全數捐給台中南區家扶中心，由該中心主任洪建胤代表接受；將轉給該中心扶助的弱勢家庭。
 
南台中家扶中心主任洪健胤說，「每逢佳節倍感動」是他多年來最深刻的感受，昨天該中心還收到一筆50萬元捐款，都是希望該中心扶助的幼童與其家人可以跟其他人一樣歡度佳節。

【石永軒／新北報導】新北市1名劉姓男子將車輛停放在三重環河北路3段路邊，並在車內燒炭身亡，今天上午9時許，才被1名道路清潔工發現，警消趕抵發現男子已死亡多日，車窗雨刷還夾著許多收費單，交由警方處理。

警方表示，劉男身旁留下1封遺書，除了向母親道歉外，還要求大姊「給你吃好穿好，你一定要燒紙錢還給我，不然我會讓你沒有安寧的一天！」死者大姐告訴警方，劉男從小個性偏激，2年前已離家，對其遺書內容並不瞭解。警方將深入調查釐清劉男死因。
