記者郭政隆／嘉義報導 嘉義市北門派出所員警日前接獲賣場保全人員報案指稱，有竊嫌在嘉義市知名大賣場內竊取物品，遭該賣場內保全人員當場查獲，而當警方趕到現場時發現，該竊嫌竟是一位瘦小女子，並由女子背包內起出行竊之化妝品四罐。賣場保全人員向警方表示：該女子進到賣場已有多時，且一進入大賣場即往化妝品區，並站在化妝品區許久，讓保全人員感到納悶，不得不懷疑該女子之行為，因該女子將所行竊之化妝品藏放在自己皮包後，即若無其事的拿了其他髮飾便前往櫃檯結帳，女子不知其行為已遭保全人員發現，並在門外將女子攔下後報警處理。 北門派出所所長向安城表示，據警方了解，該女子因長期照顧患病之父親，而造成心理壓力過大，故以行竊來紓解壓力，女子家屬到場亦向警方表示，女子近日都在照顧其父親，一個禮拜前突然失蹤，都沒有向家人聯繫，家人對女子的安危非常擔心，女子家人除向警方報案協尋外，更前往求助廟宇內的神明；而今該女子家屬獲知其女因竊取他人物品而被帶至派所，除對其行為感到難過，但因能夠見到女子平安，也感到欣慰及高興。 向安城所長指出，警方對女子長期須照顧其父親感到同情，但女子以竊盜他人物品來紓解其壓力是不對的行為，更無法讓自己紓解壓力，更會官司纏身；警方雖同情女子遭遇，但竊盜之行為仍屬公訴罪，警方不得不將女子移送偵辦，亦希望女子得到教訓後，能夠導正自己之行為。

針對手機能拍，相機會晃的問題來討論的話: 1. 手機會自動把 ISO (曝光值) 拉到最高，相機不一定會(要看有沒有設定)。可是 ISO 越高，照片的雜訊越嚴重，在手機或相機的小螢幕上是看不出來，不過放到電腦或上傳到網路，就很明顯了。 2. 就因為相機不會自動調 ISO，你可以試著設定夜拍模式，或是手動調看看。沒道理手機能做的，相機做不到。理由是相機的鏡頭大小，光圈，感光元件，處理晶片都比手機強。除非是像手機犧牲了畫質。 就人為條件來討論的話: 1. 你朋友說的 "要不就是你的相機要是大台的單眼" ，其實大台單眼也是要腳架的。除非是像手機犧牲了畫質。 2. 夜拍因為光源不足，快門時間比較長，會晃到的機率高。有可能因為手機以高 ISO 降低快門時間，加上體積重量都小，所以比較不會晃。而相機為了保持畫質，所以快門開得比較長 (基本上超過 1/20 秒人的手就會晃了)，而且相機較大較重，所以容易晃到。 總之，改善的方向有兩個: 1. 相機設定，請參閱手冊。 2. 練臂力。速成法: 按快門時閉氣兩秒。 敗家指數 EOS 5D2、EF 1635 L、EF 2470 L、EF 70200 L、EF 50 F1.4
