對他來說，中國市場不僅具「成長性」，更富含「價值性」。高子敬強調，沈寂4年的陸股，目前本益比正處於歷史低檔、下方風險小，對照金融海嘯前高點約6000多點，現在上證指數不過才2000點左右，且目前的位置甚至低於10年均線，相信歷經長時間調整後的陸股，未來一年，指數不僅有上漲動能，且上漲的速度及幅度都相當具可看性。

高子敬信心十足地表示，第一金投信為第一家取得中國QFII資格的官股投信，而官股身份也讓旗下的第一金中國世紀基金錢進A股如虎添翼。主要因大陸券商視公司為對岸的央企，不少券商慕名而來、尋求研究團隊合作及資源互享的可能，這讓公司有更多機會深入陸市，尤其此刻正值中國轉型之際，投資團隊亦將頻繁與當地券商互動，透過掌握第一手消息，提高對當地政策、產業、個股深入研究及分析的精準度。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】(據台視新聞報導)美國科羅拉多州連日豪雨成災，災情還在持續，初步統計已經造成五人死亡，大約200人失蹤。

氣象單位預報，地區性的大雨還會一直下，民眾財產損失和死傷有可能上升，因此科羅拉多州警消跟救難單位，今天加快腳步疏散災民。

連日大雨，科羅拉多州許多河流氾濫，道路跟農田都變成一片汪洋，救難人員必須出動橡皮艇才能協助受困災民離開。

當地警消呼籲受洪水圍困的居民盡快離開，但是有些居民表示寧願堅守家園，讓當地官員替他們擔心，未來一周可能缺水缺電。

這是當地1976年以來最嚴重水災，14個縣進入緊急狀態，水災還導致160至240公里的道路及20多座橋樑嚴重損毀。

科羅拉多州自星期三晚上開始，連日暴雨引發水災，偏偏大雨下不停，造成救災進度相當緩慢，人員死傷跟財產損失都難以估計，必須等大水消退之後才能統計。
