【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】華語文體驗營（QTeachers Mandarin Camp）2013年活動現正開放報名，活動日期訂於9月24、25日週二、三，共兩天。

華語文體驗營活動年年不同，年年為學童們準備多樣有趣的數位華語文互動式遊戲與豐富的文化活動，如微軟多滑鼠簡報系統設計之遊戲、自製題庫Flash遊戲(結合來自世界各地超級華語文教師們心血結晶)、iPad app、以互動式電子白板、WiiMote電子白板、ipad、Studyfun互動教學系統、搖桿、手寫板、無線滑鼠操控，增添靈活性、挑戰性與趣味性，並將數位融入語文學習等。

今年還精心設計了「西遊記」布袋戲課程（包括基本把玩技巧教授、人物介紹、故事對話演說）、還有童玩製作、手工藝製作、帶動唱、童玩遊戲、趣味競賽等文化活動。希望透過多樣、多元化的(個別、小組與團體)活動，以創新的教學模式，融合傳統與數位教學，寓教於樂，讓學童們在各種互動中輕鬆快樂體驗華語文學習之樂趣，透過玩樂學習華語文和文化。

各項語文活動皆按各等級語文程度設計，適於幼稚園（Prep）及中小學學童們。兩天活動項目相同，學童可選適合參與日期報名；亦可全程參與，於第二日進行進階及延伸學習。受場地與設備限制，名額有限，額滿為止。

原因是你想像這個狀況對於接受方來說，會是多麼大的污辱啊，就算本來再善良的人，也有可能會因此心生怨恨。問題是一個企業的組織與文化設計得再好，總有與個別人才不合的時候，因此分手絕不會是單一方面的問題。所以為了尊重人才，為了不要讓不幸的事件增加更多不幸，一個好的 CEO 會懂得成熟的處理這樣的狀況。

最近在讀 Return Path 執行長 Matt Blumberg 的新書 Startup CEO: A Field Guide to Scaling Up Your Business，裡面名為 No one should be surprised to be fired 的一節中，建議了一個分手前數週、甚至數月就該開始的程序，相當值得參考：

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】（大紀元記者董婉如美國聖地亞哥報導）據加州聖地亞哥KPBS公共電台消息，聖地亞哥北郡78號公路沿線五城市近來正式聯手，希望能在當前競爭激烈的世界經濟發展中為該地區吸引更多投資，為當地創造更多的就業機會。

這五個城市包括：卡爾斯巴德市（Carlsbad），海濱市（Oceanside），維斯塔市（Vista），聖馬科斯市（San Marcos），艾斯康迪都市（Escondido）。

五個城市尋求區域「共同體」，聯合起來制定一個區域認同以吸引眾多工商投資。
據報導，五市的市長們自去年開始就舉行了多城市投資創業會談，並已經聘請了一家市場諮詢專業公司，為創建一個「共同體」與每個城市分得「一杯羹」的可行性做出評估。

每個城市均攤2萬美元以支付10萬美元的諮詢評估費用。

海濱市城市總管彼得‧魏斯（Peter Weiss）在有線電視頻道KOCT上說，聯手建成一個大北郡區，是引來和留住商機的第一步，每個城市可以有具不同特色的工商發展區。

維斯塔市（Vista）的經濟發展處主任凱文‧漢姆（Kevin Ham）透露，所聘請的市場諮詢公司將提供與大北郡地區特點相匹配的全美100家商企業名單，五市市長們希望可以說服這些公司，為北郡地區帶來就業機會。
