標題[新聞] 桃市藝文特區停車場 下月底營運

自由時報 2013-9-16 藝文園區北區停車場已經完工（記者謝武雄攝） 〔記者謝武雄／桃園報導〕桃園縣政府交通局在桃園市藝文特區興建兩座停車場，其中北 區停車場已經完工，正進行委外發包作業，預計十月底營業，這處停車場將裝置車牌辨識 系統，不僅會顯示剩餘車位數，連哪些車位是空的，也都一目了然，方便民眾尋找車位。 入口處螢幕 顯示剩餘車位 為解決桃園市藝文特區停車空間不足的問題，縣府於去年二月、今年四月發包興建藝文特 區北區及南區地下停車場。其中北區地下停車場占地二千一百一十五坪，興建地下三層停 車場，總經費二億五千萬元，可提供二百一十六個停車位、一百八十八個機車位，已於六 月完工。 南區停車場則已於今年七月動工，占地二千五百廿二坪，預估興建地下三層停車場，總經 費三億元，可提供三百零一個停車位、二百廿一個機車位，預計明年十月完工、十二月啟 用，未來二個停車場各地下樓層間會興建串聯的道路互通，讓民眾停車、取車更為便捷。 縣府交通局停管科長呂紹霖表示，由於二個停車場互通，不可能會有不同經營團隊，所以 這次將二個停車場一起發包，預估十月下旬就可以開始營業，初期只有北區停車場可供提 車，南區停車場則要明年底才能加入營業，委外營運時間是四年，從今年十月至一百零六 年十月。 他指出，得標廠商必須在進口處建置車牌辨識系統，搭配車位的監視系統，中央控制系統 可以掌控各樓層停車位使用狀況，那些車位是空的，在入口處的顯示螢幕一目了然，目前 桃園縣內只有在桃園國際機場有這套系統。 首年優惠 臨停半小時免費 交通局指出，藝文特區停車場營運後，將採臨時停車的前卅分鐘免費，但第卅一分鐘起， 則以一小時計費。北區停車場第一年也將提供優惠費率，每小時廿元，月租二千四百元， 第二年以後則是每小時卅元、月租三千六百元的正常費率，而南區停車場明年底開始營運 後，則不再訂定優惠費率。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/sep/16/today-north1.htm -- 大小姑是《不孝女》 想凹媳婦幫她孝順？真XX! 媳婦孝順娘家的時間 被瓜分在婆家？？？ 岳父母沒看到女婿 不會怎樣; 公婆為何一定要看到媳婦？？？ 想凹岳家女兒孝順嗎？？？ 婆家為何〈凹媳婦〉在婆家過除夕？ 缺人嗎？ 缺人的話 不會自己《生個女兒》來用嗎？ 公婆自己不花２０~３０年生養《孝女》 才在和岳父母〈搶女兒〉孝順???-->真是XX！！！ 《男女平權》婚姻: 免提親/免聘金/免餅錢/免嫁妝/免所有傳統〈重男輕女〉禮俗。 除夕夜+所有節日，男女各自回家，孝順自己父母。 女人婚後，〈沒靠夫家養〉喔！！！ -- ※ 編輯: sony577 來自: 1.171.5.64 (09/16 18:40)

【綜合報導】廣州白雲機場前天發生一宗「特別」案例，一名打扮時髦的年輕男子過海關安檢時，被查出行李箱內有一把刻有「倚天劍」字樣的木劍。

知道不能帶劍登機後，男子表示自己是金庸迷，來廣州旅遊時發現這把劍，認定自己是這把劍的主人，一定要把它帶走。為證明自己所言屬實，男子更當場舞劍，耍起功夫。

海關關員勸籲男子請朋友先代為保管，下次再託運，但男子沒有朋友在廣州。經過關員再三解釋，由於航班已開始登機，男子最後只好與「倚天劍」告別，拿着行李登機。

國民黨昨天表示，已經註銷立法院長王金平出席全代會的出席通知；但國民黨今天改口，表示註銷的開會通知的函尚未寄出。黨政人士澄清，國民黨行管會尚未把註銷開會通知的函寄出。至於未來是否邀請王與會。黨政人士說，待後續司法程序釐清後，再行研商。

標題[請益] 新手要入手哪個較值得（Note3跟5s）

小弟智慧型新手...有爬過相關文章大致了解 最近想購入一支智慧型，原本除了標題2台外還考慮"新一"的 不過怕有紫光...（還是說現在已經沒這問題了？） 自己需求是能看看影片上網、兼用相機～ Note3其實背蓋還蠻吸引我的，現在只有黑白兩款，以後會推出其他顏色 http://0rz.tw/DUhUB 請問推出其他色系是指背蓋顏色嗎？ 還是連正面機身都會有不同色系？ 另外對note3的規格還是有點小疑問,版上看到之後也有LTE、S800版本， 那以現在台灣電信環境有必要入手LTE版本嗎？還是說用3G版即可？ 以之前的機型對照比較來說,用三星自家CPU跟S800在處理速度跟溫度省電上會差很多嗎？ 至於小弟考慮的另外一支5S似乎要年底才有,實在有點難等... 之所以把5S也考慮進去是因為5S也支援LTE,而且APP品質較優 版上之前也有很多比較文,雖說NOTE3跟5S差蠻多的 還是想比較一下哪個比較適合自己,畢竟是自己第一支智慧型手機- -" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.60.121 ※ 編輯: findwhatur 來自: 118.171.60.121 (09/17 18:32)

【綜合報導】墨西哥東北部和西部海岸，昨天(16日)分別遭到颶風英格麗(Ingrid)與熱帶風暴馬紐爾(Manuel)夾擊，各地狂風暴雨，已經導致至少42人死亡。

位居太平洋沿岸的著名度假勝地阿卡普爾科(Acapulco)也遭到被洪水淹浸，4萬名遊客一肚被困。東北部沿岸煉油設施關閉，東部韋拉克魯斯市則發生嚴重土石流，淹沒民宅及巴士，數千人要疏散。

公民監督國會聯盟選在今天立法院開議日，召開記者會呼籲，台灣過去沒有過議長中立化的案例，現在立法院長王金平一方面暫時保留國民黨黨籍，一方面黨籍又不被黨內承認，甚至被拒絕參加黨務活動，希望王金平化危機為轉機，以超脫黨派的院長身分及高度，推動國會改革，成為首位中立立場的立法院長。

公督盟呼籲，立法院應盡速成立「關說及監聽真相調查委員會」，若結果發現涉及不法，應立即移送紀律委員會處理。公督盟執行長公張宏林說，行政院長江宜樺曾說過已準備好沒有王金平的立法院，公督盟也做好了沒有關說立委的準備，公督盟理事長施信民則表示，現在正是立法院「災後重建」的機會。
