台北市立動物園計畫設立「第二園區」，財政部國有財產署目前暫定從桃園地區找地，因為台北市、新北市已無十公頃以上的大面積國有地。

本報昨天獨家報導，台北市立動物園部分動物「獸滿為患」，包括黑猩猩、長臂猿、長鬃山羊、斑馬等都必須控制生育，動物園需要十至廿公頃、距離北市九十分鐘車程以內的土地，另闢「第二園區」。

國產署官員說，將透過地籍資訊系統，搜尋十公頃以上國有非公用土地；不過，其他機關日前曾申請新北市國有地，但雙北已找不到三公頃以上的國有非公用土地。

官員指出，目前暫定往桃園找地，若有適合土地就可以無償移撥給台北市立動物園；國產署也將洽詢適合的土地管理機關，一旦取得該機關撥用許可，國產署將配合辦理。

國產署副署長邊子樹昨天表示，全國約六成土地皆國有地，其中兩百多萬公頃國有地已分給五千多個行政機關管理，僅剩廿一萬公頃是國產署業管的國有非公用土地；國產署已開發完成網路版「國有公用財產管理系統」，提升公產管理效能。

有經過 網友看雪看月亮 同意轉載~ 看兩週真的有需要腦力呀 有時看完後面忘了前面 不過真得讓人緊張道手腳蜷曲呀 這部根本不需要love line呀! 以下是網友整理: 9月11日----第1集： 早上電話醫院，骨髓合格，擬去醫院面談； 吳美淑來當相機； 顧不上將相機入庫，直接回家換正裝，相機被高萬錫拿走； 11點後出醫院乘出租去坡州倉庫 （文一石11:15至12時許吳美淑處殺人） 中午回當舖被騙往吳美淑家； 下午3點半被捕； 當晚牢房險被文一石手下勒死。 9月12日----第2集： 上午見來探監的高萬錫； 下午3點押送檢察院的路上趁著車禍，騎摩托逃亡； 搭大篷車出市區； 換乘運砂石車到鄉村； 黑夜中偷自行車行走一段，後偷衣服、偷磨砂機； 落腳天下壯士奶奶家柴房； 9月13日----第3集 幫天下壯士奶奶捉雞吃雞； 當晚逃到大山中首遇金殺手； 偷協警服裝作掩護，乘末班bus逃逸； 轉戰到啞巴母女家； 9月14日----第4集 上午喬裝乘大巴返首爾，電話仁惠； 晚7點抓住當舖的張錫鬥逼出真相； 隨後電約高萬錫見面； 晚9點高萬錫被殺，乘垃圾車出逃， 擺脫金殺手後搭便車逃逸 深夜遇臨產孕婦，接生； 9月15日----第5集 早晨做海帶湯、洗尿布----尿布一出，誰與爭鋒?! 遭遇警方入室緝查，被林警追殺，中槍墜崖。 遇韓老大被救。 9月16日----第6集 早上駕韓老大的小貨車入首爾，到醫院看秀珍； 電告仁惠偷渡計劃（朴檢監聽） 晚上釜山被抓；後被文一石劫走 9月17日----第7集 早晨文一石前來審問， 跟踪而來的朴檢被抓，泰山被逼向朴檢開槍； 奪車攜朴檢逃跑； 甩脫朴檢經客輪、快艇逃跑， 躲進深山昏睡到深夜夢到秀珍驚醒，想起相機應該在英子處； 9月18日----第8集 早晨趁一戶農家的人出門幹活，溜進去偷飯糰、外衣、小白鞋若干； 鑽進一輛貨車底部溜回首爾； 致電警方謊稱泰山在桑拿房，調虎離山； 回家取錢物，祭奠萬錫； 找到英子的美甲店未進，電約仁惠次日3pm商場見面； 電話韓老大，確認其已安全出逃； 到停車場證實文一石未因拘押朴檢被捕，回憶起吳美淑是文的女人。 晚上到當舖安歇，利用網購快遞準備好次日行動物資； 9月19日----第9集 下午2點半商場對面建築上望風發現警方出動， 跳公交車擺脫殺手， 與仁惠醫院見面，遭遇林警； 晚上當舖給某人發電郵，無意中從視頻聊天文件發現當舖另二人栽贓自己的證據； 9月20日----第10集 上午電話仁惠，共同做戲給朴檢； 下午仁惠乘地鐵去見英子，甩掉檢察官，但沒甩掉的的林警出賣了相機情報給文一石。 晚8點仁惠駕車送泰山取相機；殺手奪去相機。 與朴檢約見，男扮女裝至朴檢家。 ps.這天上午張泰山還故意路過吳美淑家門前，暗暗記下門牌號 日後查出是黃大俊老婆的房產。 這天晚上相機被搶後跑到文14家門口蹲坑，確認殺手把相機送到這兒後， 才決定找朴檢聯手。 9月21日----第11集 清晨悄悄離開朴檢家， 上午從朴檢助手那兒拿到防彈衣和摩托車； 下午5點被殺手槍擊，遭遇林警； 晚上在朴檢家得悉殺手被釋放，共商偷相機計劃； 開朴檢助手的車溜出朴檢家，到當舖裝錄音筆； 凌晨在黃大俊搜當舖之前逃出。 9月22日----第12集 生日及母親祭日，早晨山中祭奠； 見韓老大，制定當晚入室偷相機計劃。 晚上在韓老大幫助下入文一石家，遭遇文一石…… 未完待續~感謝網友分享 :) 李準基 金素妍 和蘇編 這是我心中得理想組合呀>///////////※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.148.60 ※ 編輯: facatess 來自: 223.142.148.60 (09/17 13:37)
