節前觀望 台股跌5點

台股歷經16日放量大漲112點，今天受中秋節長假及美國量化寬鬆政策變數影響，市場氣氛轉為觀望，台股今天量縮小跌。
在尾盤權值股再現買盤進場下，終場加權指數收在8249.78點，小跌5.56點，跌幅0.06%，成交值新台幣666.62億元。
蘋果iPhone 5C熱賣，供應鏈概念股一日激情，16日重回千元關卡的光學鏡頭供應商大立光，今天隨即跌破，下跌10元、以990元作收。
系統組裝廠鴻海收75.9元，小跌0.1元；軟板供應商台郡收在102元，下跌3.5元、跌幅3.3%。
元大投顧副總經理鄭宗祺表示，美國聯邦公開市場操作委員會（FOMC）17、18日兩天會議，可望發布量化寬鬆政策（QE）後續實際做法，但時間正好落在中秋節假期。即便市場預期QE可望溫和退場，但未正式公布前，都是猜測，加上指數來到壓力區8200點附近，投資人寧可等到假期後，再決定股市投資方向。
鄭宗祺指出，台股下跌家數比上漲家數多，但下跌、上漲幅度都不大，所以指數小跌，市場觀望氣氛濃厚，投資人不宜躁進。
他認為，蘋果概念股屬於短線題材，除中國大陸市場外，高階市場多已飽和，業績成長空間較以往有限。
統一證券指出，隨敘利亞問題暫時擱置，美國前財長薩默斯退出角逐聯準會主席，美貨幣政策可望比日前預期寬鬆，美元疲弱，熱錢持續湧入亞洲市場，有利台股表現。但因週四起中秋連假，節前賣壓及觀望氣氛使量能較難有效提升。

安裝XP出現0X0000007B 藍色畫面~~~

因為電腦要升級 只機殼沒換 其它都換了 是i3-4130 配華碩 H81M-C
硬碟是Seagate 500G
記憶體 Adata 兩條2G-1333 我先安裝 W7 試裝我的商業軟體看看是否可使用 結果:不支援64位元 所以就改裝回XP 放XP光碟 還在讀取畫面之後 就出現0X0000007B 藍色畫面 這怎麼辦?? 怎解決?? 有趴文過了 還是看不太懂 能否用最簡易的步驟告訴我 怎麼做 .... 謝謝

記者黃志政／台中報導 臺中市大安海域大腸桿菌污染問題，市長胡志強16日在市政會議中指示專案小組加速處理；環保局長劉邦裕報告指出，專案小組已有決議，將進行廢水攔截消毒，並加強抽查及輔導養豬戶處理豬隻的排洩物。 大安區長莊圳針對日前媒體報導大安區龜殼生態公園提出澄清；莊區長表示，他感謝市府去年撥款1500萬經費，改善公園景觀步道、施作草皮、生態池、園區LED景觀燈及舞臺等週邊設施，使生態公園成為大安區新亮點。 莊區長指出，大安歡唱音樂祭是在大安濱海樂園舉辦，不是在龜殼生態公園；媒體拍攝鏡頭在龜殼生態公園園區外面的海灘地，不是在生態公園裡面。 他說「市府水利局、建設局及公所同仁都很努力」，希望各界多給肯定。針對大安海灘的大腸桿菌污染問題，他也請市府給予協助。 胡市長回應，環保局「加速處理」大安海灘的大腸桿菌污染問題，「沒有理由拖」，他也去參觀過海灘養豬戶利用沼氣養殖的方式，可減少排洩物及惡臭。 農業局長蔡精強表示，養豬戶需接受市府及農委會的輔導，做好三段式廢棄物的分離、發酵及排放處理。蔡局長進一步表示，至於大腸桿菌是否確實由豬隻的排洩物造成？應該再深入調查及瞭解，他認為家庭廢水也會造成大腸桿菌的繁殖。 胡市長指示本案以環保局為主，也請觀光旅遊局、水利局、農業局及大安區公所組成的專案小組進行調查。對此，環保局長劉邦裕則表示，專案小組年底會做出總檢討，目前專案小組已決議由觀光旅遊局在後端攔截廢水進行消毒，並加強抽查及輔導養豬戶處理豬隻的排洩物。
