空軍將在近日接收P-3C首架定翼長程反潛機，原定23或24日可飛返屏東，但因天兔颱風襲台，太平洋上也有新形成的颱風，造成台灣周邊天候不穩，目前反潛機飛抵屏東空軍基地的「D DAY」，已延長到25日。

知情官員透露，首批P-3C反潛機目前已飛抵夏威夷，原訂今天下午啟程飛往關島，但考量天候因素，今天也不一定會起飛，反潛機確切升空時間要下午才能確定，所以明天飛抵屏東的可能性不高，最快要在下周二或周三（25日）抵台。

【綜合報導】非洲肯亞首都奈洛比稍早發生的商場槍擊案，目前已知有7名民眾遭到槍手挾持、當作人質與警方對峙，而現場傳出遭到射殺的人數已經增到10人，槍手還一度丟擲手榴彈，受傷人數還難以統計。

由於這個商場靠近聯合國駐當地辦公室，外籍人士眾多，警方已經緊急疏散現場，政府當局並已派出安全部隊到場協助。

這位大大的出裝其實很好
對於你的出裝我會希望說海克斯科技左輪跟幽魂面具最好不要一起出現 因為在前期拖裝備 而黎安卓的折磨其實我不太喜歡出這個的原因在於 他對於卡特這種沒有CC來觸發他被動的英雄來講沒甚麼用處 所以我會建議你 要不不要出大面具 或著後期有錢在升級 或著搭配瑞萊的冰晶節杖這樣就可以觸發的他被動效果
P.S 吸血槍的效益 其實比小面具低 所以很多人都會出小面具不過我建議 還是別急著升級成大面具 會比較好
然後中婭沙漏深淵權杖我個人覺的擇一就好 向中路遇到吃很強的AD角就出探索者護腕很強的AP負極斗篷除非遇到這種 要不我還不一定會急著撐防禦反而會先撑攻擊力
除了這幾個我個人提出的意見 其他的裝備都很合適~~~~~

天兔颱風來襲適逢大潮，為避免淹水及海水倒灌導致民眾財產損失，高公局封閉國道3號北上屏東大鵬灣端至林邊交流道路段，供車輛停放於路肩，臨時避難。另為避免海水倒灌擴大災害，屏東縣滿州鄉九棚村已於上午10點進行預防性撤村。

高公局表示，配合屏東縣政府申請保障人民生命財產安全，9月20日下午8點起，封閉北上國道3號大鵬灣端（431.5公里）至林邊交流道（430.1公里），供屏東縣林邊低窪地區於天兔颱風豪雨期間車輛避難場所。南下路段並未實施管制。

國道封閉路段，約可提供4百餘輛汽車停放，高公局呼籲避難車輛由國道3號大鵬灣端進入管制路段，停放於路肩，車輛駛離時須順向北上行駛至林邊交流道東港方向北上入口匝道迴轉逆向離開。林邊及東港地區北上車輛，仍可由台17線經林邊交流道北上入口匝道進入國道3號。
