【大紀元2013年09月24日訊】（大紀元記者萬平綜合報導）埃及國營電視臺報導，埃及法庭23日裁定禁止穆斯林兄弟會（穆兄會）的所有活動，並下令沒收穆兄會的財產；法院同時禁止任何穆兄會下屬分支機構的活動。

中東通訊社（MENA）23日報導，埃及法院頒布：「本庭禁止穆斯林兄弟會及其非政府組織辦理活動，或參與任何活動，同時也禁止該會衍生任何組織。」穆兄會的政治團體自由正義黨也可能被禁止。

法院裁定禁止一切穆斯林兄弟會組織的活動，法院不但禁止所有穆兄會旗下的任何組織，並沒收所有相關組織的資產，由獨立委員會監管，直到法院頒布命令。此一禁令將擴大打擊穆兄會的基層組織，這也是穆兄會選舉致勝的基礎。

自從7月3日穆爾西遭罷黜後，穆爾西和大多數穆兄會的其他領導人在過去兩個月中，包括2,000多名伊斯蘭主義者（大多數為穆兄會成員和領導），已被逮捕，其中一些領導的財產也被凍結。

穆兄會原以社團形式起家，基層實力雄厚擁有許多經濟實體，穆兄會就是靠著這些雄厚的經濟實體，吸引底層貧困民眾入會。穆兄會有10天時間決定上訴，過了此期限法院命令就生效。

穆兄會領導成員穆尼爾（Ibrahim Mounir）宣稱，這是執政者的極權決定，穆兄會不會消失。

埃及由50名成員組成的委員會22日說，已通過憲法修訂，可能完全重寫被罷黜的前總統穆爾西主導的憲法。該委員會包含伊斯蘭主義者，但不包括穆爾西的穆斯林兄弟會（穆兄會）的代表。

在去年12月在全民公投中通過的偏伊斯蘭新憲法，被反對派指責未能保護人權和婦女權利，也未能反映埃及的多元文化。

埃及世俗派與伊斯蘭派之爭

事件起因於穆爾西上臺後，與支持他的穆兄會和極端保守的伊斯蘭政黨光明黨獲得國會近四分之三的席位，企圖在埃及推行伊斯蘭教憲法。他被指擅自擴權，又集權於穆兄會，令經濟急速下滑，也未能保護少數族群。而激進的伊斯蘭武裝組織藉由反抗獨裁者乘機坐大，企圖建立伊斯蘭教法國家，令溫和派穆斯林和期待建立世俗國家（Secular state）的各派人民心生不滿。

支持與反對穆爾西的埃及互相叫陣，開羅塔利爾廣場（Tahrir Square）和各大城市最多時有1,400萬人民上街反對推行伊斯蘭教法的穆爾西政府，終致軍隊干預罷黜穆爾西。

曾經的恐怖組織穆兄會不甘一朝掌權又被拿下，號召穆兄會成員無限期的示威靜坐，直到穆爾西復職，甚至有些激進人士更重操舊業（武裝暴力示威），有軍人被場內靜坐人士射殺；雖然軍方稱對穆兄會抗議的清場行動，只發射催淚彈，但穆兄會宣稱有2,200多人被血腥射殺。

穆兄會曾為恐怖組織

這個源於宗教的團體已有85年歷史，在勢力擴大後，開始涉足政治領域，早先試圖以暗殺、暴力達到政治目標，於1954年被取締，後轉入地下。在後穆巴拉克統治時代，穆兄會靠著反獨裁抗暴坐大，並於2011年籌組宗教背景的自由正義黨。

穆兄會今年3月間訴請行政法庭審裁其申請為非政府組織的法律地位，被質疑其法律地位。法院一個司法小組發表一個不具法律效力的挑戰，質疑穆兄會政府為其組織發出非政府組織牌照非法。

【綜合報導】中國重慶前市委書記薄熙來案今天(22日)上午宣判，上月在案件進行一審期間，全由中國官方媒體發放照片，但山東濟南中級人民法院透過《微博》發放訊息時透露，薄熙來曾自己利用自辯機會，對指控作出抗辯，外界卻一直無法得知他的抗辯情況。今天《央視》在報導薄熙來案件時，首次轉載了當天薄熙來在庭上抗辯的片段。

影片中，薄熙來被指自己與法國別墅關係時強調：「我相信他們受賄這些證據，都是確實存在。但是這些證據，只能證明谷開來搞了這一套房子來，並不能證明這套房子和我本人有關係。」看來氣定神閒、信心十足。

公職人員選罷法規定，全國不分區及僑居國外國民立法委員，在就職後喪失其所屬政黨黨籍者，自喪失黨籍之日起，喪失其資格，由中央選舉委員會函請立法院予以註銷，其所遺缺額，除以書面聲明放棄遞補者外，由該政黨登記之候選人名單按順位依序遞補；如該政黨登記之候選人名單無人遞補時，視同缺額。
