【許麗珍／台北報導】台北市議會今開議，因雙子星弊案遭起訴的國民黨籍市議員賴素如，今天下午1時40分許現身北市議會2樓，下午2時她現身議場，參與委員會抽籤，賴素如一到議場內，就受到其他國民黨籍議員秦儷舫、王鴻薇、林奕華，及親民黨黃珊珊的安慰。隨後賴素如走出議場，被大批媒體包圍，賴素如僅表示：「謝謝你們！謝謝各位媒體朋友，讓你們為我做這麼多事。」隨即快閃離開。

北市議會國民黨團今天中午12時召開黨團大會，國民黨團書記長陳永德表示，賴素如因涉雙子星案已被撤銷黨籍，因此不能參與國民黨團會議，若一審判有罪，將再被開除黨籍，開除黨籍後，須2年後才能再申請入黨。

陳永德表示，賴素如之前涉雙子星案被起訴後，已撤銷黨籍、辭去中常委等黨職，現在的賴素如仍保有市議員身分，但她必須在市議會大會簽到，並實際到議場開會，才能領取出席費，如果她不想出席大會或接下來的議程，必須向市議會長期請假，若她在大會簽了到卻未現身議場，她將不能領取出席費。

此外，各市議員都會安排質詢時的「質詢組合」，陳永德表示，據了解，這個會期，賴素如恐怕「一個人質詢」，目前委員會抽籤，賴素如登記在財建委員會。

【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】（大紀元記者方曉報導）前重慶市委書記薄熙來9月22日被判無期徒刑，在判決前薄熙來面露微笑，手中還拿個筆記本，而在其聽聞判決詞的瞬間，雙手握拳，表情顯得激動，似不服判決，有出格動作，被兩旁的法警分別按住肩膀和手肘，且兩旁又各增加一名法警。

9月22日上午，山東濟南中院在第五審判庭公開宣判被告人薄熙來受賄、貪污、濫用職權一案。薄熙來被以受賄罪、貪污罪、濫用職權罪三罪並罰，最終判處薄熙來無期徒刑，剝奪政治權利終身，並處沒收個人全部財產。

據海外鳳凰衛視特派記者從濟南中院發出的消息稱，薄熙來聽聞判決消息的瞬間，雙手握拳，表情略有激動。隨後被法警帶上手銬，帶離法庭。

在宣判現場，站在被告席上的薄熙來身穿白襯衫，黑色西褲。宣判前，薄熙來面露一絲笑容，手裡還拿著一個筆記本。

網路上正熱傳薄熙來在宣判前後的兩張照片，大陸不少網民從照片中也發現，薄熙來被銬上手銬後，表情有些激動，且雙手握拳，看似不服審判。兩旁的法警每人一手按住薄熙來的肩膀，另一手則抓住薄熙來的手肘，讓他上半身難以動彈。且兩旁又各增加一名法警戒護。

知名線民周蓬安在微博發微評：這似乎是薄熙來的第一張戴刑具照片。從照片上看，薄似乎感到大勢已去，因此威風不再。按照薄熙來的性格，應該還會上訴，因此該大戲還有續集。

濟南中院表示，薄熙來如不服一審判決，可在接到判決書的第二日起十日內，通過該院或者直接向山東省高級法院提出上訴。

目前，薄熙來是否在十天內提出上訴，是各方關注的焦點之一。
