【黃揚明／台北報導】監聽國會事件持續延燒，民進黨立委葉宜津傍晚在立法院司法委員會要求台北地院提供特偵組當初聲請監聽立法院「0972」門號的理由書。但台北地院、法務部長羅瑩雪都稱，因特偵組被告發，該資料因被台北地檢署調卷，偵查中案件無法提供。引發朝野立委不滿，召委呂學樟嗆：「如果沒拿來就是公然藐視國會！」

呂學樟說，根據《法院組織法》第63條之1第5項規定，案件偵結後經立法院同意，可到立法院報告，特他字61號案件已經偵結，和是否有其他他案件立案偵查無關。葉宜津也嗆，這在第一位質詢的潘孟安委員就問過，台北地院說沒帶來，但後來才改口說不在地院了，「根本就是在呼攏！」葉也嗆羅瑩雪：「你憑什麼說不能調？憑什麼？」

檢察總長黃世銘則說，他個人願意將這些資料提供國會，但怕抵觸相關法律。潘孟安也嗆，不提供就要將羅瑩雪列為立院不受歡迎人物。羅瑩雪才說：「立院做成決議我們一定遵守！」最後朝野立委做成決議，要求台北地院提供聲請監聽理由書。

【呂健豪／新北報導】搭捷運手扶梯竟然急停，害得網友差點跌倒上網PO文抱怨。日前1名網友在台大PTT上PO文，表示自己29日當天在捷運小碧潭站撘乘電動手扶梯時，竟然遇到電扶梯突然停止，害得自己差點跌倒，呼籲其他網友搭乘時要小心。

對此，台北捷運公司表示，查閱相關紀錄後發現，當天晚上確實發生電扶梯安全裝置誤觸而停止作動的狀況，但並未造成人員受傷，該裝置如果遇到較強烈的震動時，為了確保乘客安全，會自動停止電扶梯運作，並非異常狀態，但既有民眾反映，捷運公司將持續觀察，同時呼籲民眾搭乘電扶梯時一定要緊握扶手，才能確保安全。
