今天我在補習時 客服打電話過來 然後說明 我是去年8月就續約了 也就是我合約到的時候 並不是昨天說得 今年8月續約(所以我翻簡訊 沒翻到) 然後他跟我說 我有答應續約 接著他跟我說 "我當初沒有要續約 是因為之後要換手機嗎" 我努力的回想 以下是我的記憶 ------------------------------------------------------------------- 去年8月遠傳打過來 問我合約到了 是否續約 我說目前沒有打算 他問我原因 我說我過一陣子要當兵 之後要換手機才要續 他就說了一堆有的沒有的(我沒認真聽 因為我壓根不打算續約 ) 然後他說要幫我調費率 還是什麼的 每個月可以少付 (我就傻傻的說好 我以為合約到了 可以隨意降低調高費率 ) 接著說 要跟我確認身分 我也傻傻得確認了 ----------------------------------------------------------------- 重點他根本沒跟我說這有合約 而且要兩年 這是我介意的點 感覺根本被騙 他也一直跟我抱歉 說啥以後會改進 但他說如果要解約 還是要付違約金1200 我還是以我論點說是我當初根本沒有答應要續約 他叫我往另一方面想 我現在這合約 每個月多抵100 現在也剛好一年 他說就當作退錢 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 之後因為我趕著補習 就先說先這樣 我再想想看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.73.84
