日本首相安倍晉三今天宣布，消費稅將於明年4月調漲至8%，以縮減巨大的政府債務，但批評者擔心這可能影響到緩慢的經濟復甦。

安倍說：「我想維持國家的信任，為後代打造1個永續的社會保障制度，這是本內閣被賦予的責任。」

日本內閣會議今天通過新經濟對策，包括5兆日圓（約新台幣1兆5000億元）的追加預算案，及為了促進企業調薪、投資設備的1兆日圓減稅措施。

5兆日圓的追加預算案中，包括對低所得者，將給予1萬至1萬5000日圓的現金，稱為「簡素給付」措施，總額約3000億日圓。

為減輕民眾購屋負擔，年收入510萬日圓以下者，給予現金補助，最多30萬日圓。對於311東日本大震災災民，給付最多90萬日圓，總額約3600億日圓。

調漲消費稅，不只可能使安倍三箭的成長戰略無法達成目標，也可能拉低安倍晉三的民意支持度。

東京「日本大學」政治學教授岩井奉信告訴法新社：「這是安倍晉三就任以來最重大的政治決定。日本正處於巨大實驗中，這項決定是安倍經濟學的重大考驗。」

日本背負著富國最沈重的債務負擔，由於多次試圖以支出刺激經濟沒成功、社會又快速老化，使債務大幅膨脹。

本來一直在考慮要等LTE版出來再去買,完全部想要買3G版,不過今天真得忍不住,決定妥了,因為我真正用的到的功能,其實只有全能窗,真得很想要擁有全能窗這個功能的手機(可以同時開啟多個程式),不過今天去試用之後,完全失望,難過,所有興奮都沒了,我一直以為這樣我就可以同時擁手機開兩到三個股票看盤APP,一個看股票,一個看期貨,一個看技術分析,完全可以取代電腦版的看盤軟體,今天試用後真的覺得很掉漆,源來可以開多個視窗,是有限定某些程式,所以股票看盤APP是不能打開的,只能放一些計算機之類的簡單APP,幻想完全破滅,暫時找不到讓我買下去的動機了,現在用的手機S4已經很夠用了,冬天快到了還可以拿來當暖暖包,雖然最近她有點不夠熱了,不過這也算是另一個特殊功能,想當初幾個月前我放在口袋頂著大太陽在外面跑,還差點被她灼傷,最近好多了,也不用在想把她換掉了,這個冬天我就靠她給我溫暖了.
