透過網路建立自己的事業有許多的優點，而創立一家網路商店往往伴隨著許多的挑戰，但有許多人認為，創立一家網路商店的成本比起創辦一家實體商店的成本要少很多，儘管如此，對於新創事業者而言，你還是得重視自己的網路商店的評等。否則，網路的創業風潮已經超過二十年了，網路上有多到數不清的店家佔據著你想踏入的市場，被逼著退出市場的網路商店也不在少數。

標題[閒聊] 現在離職會不會太傻!?

大約再撐三個多月就可以領到年終獎金以及分紅獎金， 不過我的體能狀況已經到了臨界點，礙於某些同事生病、車禍， 休養至少要半年以上才會好， 導致部門一下子少了好多戰力，上層也不補人，主管每天上班都在上網， 根本不管部門員工的死活，上層交代要改貨或者怎樣， 主管也都是一昧的說好，根本不考慮僅存的戰力是否能負擔這些工作量， 最近幾個月就是永無止盡的加班，做六休ㄧ，加上工作又是粗活居多， 大家基本上已經瀕臨快潰堤的階段， 我是超想離職，因為健康的身體不是那幾萬塊得的到， 而且幫這種爛主管賺錢、拼績效真的很不值得。 只是現在我覺得很茫然，沒什麼一技之長，加上台南很多傳產都爛到不行， 每次打開人力銀行，請人的老是那幾間，讓我頓時不知道路該怎走， 離職又怕找到更爛的工作 不離職身體是一天天的變差 最近每天的心情都很低落，真的很煩。 希望大家能給我個建議! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.130.84
