標題[新聞] 愛河泛紅 初判藻類或底泥造成

【綜合報導】日本首相安倍晉三昨正式宣布按計劃分段調高消費稅，明年4月先由5%升至8%，而安倍昨夜間接受當地媒體訪問時表示，未來消費稅不排除增至10%。

這次安倍的提高消費稅政策，估計年增8兆日圓（818.3億美元）政府收入，為17年來首度調升消費稅，並將推出總規模約5兆日圓（511.5億美元）配套振興方案，以平衡增稅對經濟衝擊。而安倍也表示，不排除在2015年10月以前，再調升消費稅，可能會來到10%。

安倍說，受到國際不穩定及刺激經濟等因素，他認為調升消費稅是「適當的判斷」。

雖然麥特戴蒙未能在艾美獎上獲獎，但他在片中多次露臀，犧牲滿大，不過也正因此片的露骨同性戀情節太多，曾被好萊塢片商拒之門外，最終被HBO接受且在小螢幕上獲得口碑收視雙贏。 （網路圖片）

電視電影不乏被電影公司拒絕無法拍成在影院上映的電影，才被留到小螢幕上尋求出路，但這不代表它們質量不佳。比如今年在艾美獎上大放異彩的「熾愛琴人」（Behind the Candelabra）就曾因同性戀題材而被各大電影公司拒之門外，最終才被HBO電視台「收留」。

該片在艾美獎上斬獲最佳電視電影和此類別最佳男主角、最佳導演獎。擁有史蒂芬索德柏（Steven Soderbergh）作導演、邁可道格拉斯（Michael Douglas）和麥特戴蒙（Matt Damon）這樣的奧斯卡陣容、觀眾和媒體對影片評價也很高，為何只能在小螢幕上發光呢？索德柏獲獎後對媒體透露，當他拿著這個題材很吸引他的劇本到各大電影公司請求經費時，被一一拒絕。理由就是故事的同性戀題材及人物之間最終冷酷無情的關係讓片商覺得很難營銷。雖然聽起來邁可道格拉斯「撲倒」麥特戴蒙的戲碼很刺激，但在市場營銷上並不容易，特別是當年李安執導的「斷背山」(Brokeback Mountain)在奧斯卡上也遭冷遇，與最佳影片絕緣，讓片商覺得同性戀題材的影片還是太小眾，難以被接受。特別是片中主角的生活確實很奔放露骨。

但對HBO來說，他們只希望推出好故事，同性題材抑或尺度，都不是問題。這也給了大明星願意參與此片的信心，畢竟HBO這幾年包攬艾美獎電視電影類角逐，就算在小螢幕上也能找到發光的機會。電視電影的走俏也挽救了這些瀕臨死亡的小眾電影。
