餐廳名稱：歡喜家無味精料理廚房 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：嘉義市民權路324號(和興中街交叉口) 電話：0988187381 營業時間：11:30~15:00；17:00~20:00(每週日公休) 每人平均價位：60元 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：SPA培根、皮蛋豆腐 圖文網誌無音樂版:http://goodmorningdashu.pixnet.net/blog/post/262597253 台灣人到麵攤吃麵總是順手會切上幾盤小菜，豆乾、海帶、米血這些東西可以說是一間麵 攤的固定班底! 滷的香噴噴的滷味淋上醬油膏灑上蔥花，簡單又好吃呀~~ 有時候大叔吃碗麵不過三十塊但是小菜切了快兩百塊，對於小菜完全沒有抵抗力.... 這次大叔來到了位於民權路與興中街交叉口上的歡喜家，從文化路轉民權路進來沒多遠就 會會看到一個外頭擺滿盆栽的小店了! 還滿顯眼的，很像賣中藥的... 如果還找不到的話，那就找她斜對面的達聖安全帽店吧!! 店家的位置其實沒有很多，約莫可以容納20來人~ 內用的話常常得要等桌子，好加在這次大叔運氣不錯，一來就等到空桌了!!! 第一次來的朋友可以先看看牆上的菜單~~ 有許多種完全摸不著頭緒的菜名，但是也不要去問服務生小妹~ 小妹還滿有個性的，都不會笑.... 大叔去了幾次，看到她都不敢造次... 答案就用桌上的菜單來相互對照吧~~~ 看看能找到幾個.... 話說大叔到現在還是不知道可慢的麵是什麼.... 小菜類的菜名也只找到幾個的說...... 好吧~還是先來看看正常版的菜單好了.... 這次大叔點了干貝唇拌刀削菠菜麵、餛飩刀削麵、米血、皮蛋豆腐、滷大腸、豬排、培根 、地瓜葉 眼尖的看倌可能發現了，這邊的小菜有兩種料理方式呢~~~ 舒活料理跟醬油膏加蔥~~~ 來這邊就是要嘗試這所謂的舒活料理啦!!!! 過了一會兒菜開始出來了~~ 先來看看這碗干貝唇拌刀削菠菜麵 這組合外頭好像不常見，菠菜麵上頭鋪上干貝唇，就沒有另外加肉燥什麼的之類~ 話說吃到最後好像有點羹的感覺，不是大叔喜愛的麵~~~因為大叔不吃羹.. 餛飩刀削麵 這個就比較像傳統的麵了，餛飩個兒沒有很大~ 裡頭有搭配的是豆芽菜~吃起來還不錯!!! 不過可能是標榜無味精養生，所以口味比較清淡點~~ 大叔吃重鹹的說.... 重頭戲就是小菜們了..... 米血(20元) 這兒的米血搭配的是醬油膏加番茄醬汁... 那紅色醬汁不知道除了番茄還有什麼，吃起來跟可果美的番茄醬味道不一樣~ 還是這就是番茄的味道.....挑食的大叔也不敢吃蕃茄，所以只能用番茄醬來當對比... 皮蛋豆腐(20元) 這道搭配的是柳橙醬汁，這個就讓大叔有驚艷到了~~ 一咬下去就有濃濃的柳橙香味，很爽口!!!! 從來沒想過原來皮蛋跟柳橙居然可以這麼搭!!! 話說原來將豆腐切開後斜放，看起來就會高尚許多呢!大叔又學到一招了.... 滷大腸(50元) 這個搭的是奇異果醬，他的大腸單吃就已經有鹹味了~ 佐著那奇異果醬口感很特別!!! 不過大腸大叔倒是比較習慣不沾醬..... SPA培根(40元) 這道上來讓大叔哇了一下，這個擺盤真的只要40塊嗎? 將培根用噴槍烤了一下，搭配的是紅龍果醬.. 沾起來有淡淡的果香，不會搶走培根本來的肉味，還滿好吃的.... 豬排(25元) 這個大叔本來以為是炸豬排，上桌時才發現原來是這種作法的~~ 通常這種的大叔都叫他排骨... 豬排本身吃起來是軟嫩的，搭配奇異果醬吃起來還滿好吃的.... 小菜吃完後還可以把旁邊的擺盤當作飯後水果也給吃了~吃的好滿足呀! 而蔬菜就都是傳統的作法，大叔就沒有拍照了~~~ 營業的時間是中午跟晚上，3點到5點是店家固肝、保命、養生的時間!!! 禮拜天固定公休，老闆一家要團圓~~~ 如果吃慣了傳統小菜，不妨來歡喜家試看看這兒的小菜吧~~ 簡單的小菜，稍微擺盤一下感覺就會大不同~~~ 而且消費還滿親民的~~ 很適合帶妹來，第一次來的人一定會因為那小菜的擺盤而驚艷到的... 只是有時候看到別桌的擺盤比自己漂亮，不禁大罵老闆偏心就是.... 同樣一道培根，大叔隔壁桌的擺的超美的，大叔一直猶豫要不要跟他借來拍照...最後還 是作罷了!!! 更多的食記分享就在早安大叔~~~~ http://goodmorningdashu.pixnet.net/blog （以上項目請務必填寫，資訊不清楚無法填寫與附註部分，請按ctrl+y刪除！） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.107.64

【姚瑞宸／台南報導】統一獅隊唐肇廷在第6局揮出2分打點全壘打，張泰山再揮出擊中全壘打牆上緣的二壘安打，助獅隊追成3比3平手。
獅隊此役受制於Lamigo先發投手林柏佑，前3局9上9下，4局唐肇廷突破林柏佑球路，擊出獅隊的第1支安打，第6局林志祥擊出獅隊第2支安打上壘後，唐肇廷再一棒擊出2分全壘打，潘武雄跟著揮出二壘安打，張泰山大棒一揮，球竄向右外野深處，正好擊中全壘打牆最上緣再彈回場內，經裁判看電視重播判定，是支1分打點二壘安打。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】國民黨榮譽黨主席吳伯雄引用外界觀點，直諫總統馬英九決策圈太小，不少中常委也砲聲隆隆，新北市長朱立倫今天下午至市議會做施政報告前，面對媒體前回答認為，國民黨本來就是一個民主政黨，不同的聲音、不同的意見表現出來，都是「好事」，現在媒體這麼發達，包括我們的講話，或是民眾的意見，相信總統應該都會瞭解。

至於外界盛傳馬英九將被因監聽案被約談，朱說得含蓄：任何人都一樣，都必須遵照法律。當問及馬總統不適合擔任黨主席，以及被批媽寶一事，朱並未正面回答，依舊把話題轉移到把國政做好比較重要，並不曉得有媽寶一事。

【黃韻文／台北報導】現今人手1支智慧型手機，PChome24h購物觀察發現，站上智慧型手機新品品項數較去年同期暴增8成，銷量又以高階手機為大宗佔6成，且較去年成長30%。根據8、9月銷量統計，New hTC ONE為銷售冠軍，SONY Xperia Z1、Samsung Galaxy Note3則依序緊追在後。

整體而言，hTC今年表現最亮眼，整體銷量較去年大幅成長7成，其中New hTC One銷量比前一代成長28%，Samsung品牌銷量則增3成， GALAXY Note2因改版幅度大、功能強，比前一代熱銷1.5倍。PChome24h購物預估10月各廠牌新機上市將引發換機潮，趨勢以大螢幕、大光圈相機為主，舊款手機也同步推出展示福利機出清。
