可成9月營收僅創次高，然Q4營收可望創新高

精實新聞 2013-10-07 08:38:37 記者 鄭盈芷 報導

機殼廠可成(2474)9月合併營收為38.1億元，較8月的32.26億元大增18.1%，年增則達26,.85%，但未能超越今年3月的38.79億元紀錄，僅改寫單月營收歷史次高。可成累計今年前9月合併營收為301.3億元，年增11.1%。

可成先前法說會上曾預告，9月合併營收將可望改寫單月營收歷史新高紀錄，而Q3營收也可望同步創高，不過受到部分手機出貨認列到10月營收，加上人力較為吃緊影響，導致9月並未創高，而Q3營收也僅與Q2持平相當。

展望Q4，可成仍維持先前正面看法不變，可成Q4營收有機會改寫單季新高。

76ae5ba1bd878a4db5f54eac3e4b1546 PC 全盛時代，各家廠商都會不停強調自家產品的效能。到了筆電、手機、平板的行動時代，效能依然是會被大家比較的核心點，但現在不少產品的效能都已經超過實際需求，手上產品的效能已經比過去高出許多，卻找不到更好的應用。

跑分拿來參考，別看的太重

網路上流傳著這樣的話，現在的手機運算能力已經和過去 NASA 的電腦差不多，過去 NASA 的電腦用來發射火箭，現在人們只會用手機來發射憤怒鳥。當然不是說玩手機遊戲有什麼不對，而是科技的進步帶來更多的效能，但這高效能的手機似乎沒有更多的空間可以發揮該有的效能。

還記得上星期熱門的話題：「Benchmark 跑分： iPhone 5s 完爆部分 Android 旗艦機種」，也可以看出來大家還是對於效能表現有不少憧憬。但其實該文章比較的 Android 多是上一代機種，實際和搭載 Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 處理器或是 Tegra 4 的新機相比較，其實分數並沒有太大差別，而 Tegra 4 的圖型分數其實還高過 iPhone 5s 的 A7 處理器。

當然也有不少人會覺得比較跑分其實蠻無聊的，因為三星不只出現一次跑分動作弊的消息，後來也發現不只是三星會在跑分上動手腳，讓人對於跑出來的分數有不少質疑。

不只三星動手腳，幾乎所有 Android 品牌都對 Benchmark 跑分軟體作弊

Samsung 跑分又被抓包提昇時脈，這次換 Galaxy Note 3

就這代手機的處理器來說，效能提升太多，當然這不是壞事，只是一直提升效能的同時，卻找不到更好的應用。當我拿著 iPhone 5 和 iPhone 5s 的時候，就發現兩者在運行 iOS 7 給我的流暢感是一樣的，說真的並不會有快兩倍的感覺，也許在跑 3D 遊戲會有差別，但就目前並沒有那麼高效能的遊戲讓我運行。

這個問題其實在 Android 陣營同樣也有，Qualcomm S800 和 Tegra 4 跑分爆表了，很開心。但系統的流暢感其實還是和上一代手機、平板差不多，在使用體驗上依舊無感，效能帶來的爽感也只在於在跑分程式列出分數的時候。

高畫素並不一定是王道，拍的人才是

手機的相機也一樣有類似效能過剩的問題，只不過重點在於畫素，廠商不停提升手機鏡頭的畫素，目前由主流的 1300 萬畫素到 4100 萬畫素都有。但也有部分廠商意識到手機並不需要這麼高的畫素，一方面只會提升檔案大小來吃空間，另一部分是畫質不好圖大張其實也沒用。HTC、ASUS、Apple 都紛紛停止提升畫素，反而是增加感光，讓照片的成像品質更好。

既然手機能做出 4100 萬畫素，為什麼不用？第一個是鏡頭會變的肥大，你不一定會喜歡。而且有了 4100 萬畫素，相機後面那個人不會拍照依然是白搭，範例：「官位越高人越蠢，倫敦前副市長因不熟iPhone在臉書公然溜鳥」，如果是給專業攝影師，就會變這樣......

回到正題，手機的效能雖然依舊是廠商都會拿出來說嘴，就連跑分也重視到會作弊的程度。但旗艦手機的效能雖然跑分高到爆表，人們還是在傳訊息、上網拍照玩遊戲，我們需要如此高的效能嗎？也許有更高的續航力會是更好的選擇，每天手機充電的日子其實是比提升效能更需要改變的。

【王炯華／台北報導】行政院國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會主委董翔龍上午到立法院外交國防委員進行上任後首次業務報告。董翔龍指出，為落實政府「均衡城鄉醫療資源分配、結合健保制度變革、提升整體醫療營運效能」政策，依退輔會「醫療機構經營整合計畫」，推動三所榮民總醫院及12所榮民醫院之「水平」、「垂直」整合，預定11月1日完成玉里、鳳林及台東榮院整合為台北榮總分院。

董翔龍說，3所榮總發揮統合功能，提升12所區域分院經營效能，並適切支援醫師及護理人力，整合醫療設備等軟、硬體功能，共享醫療、教學及研究資源，以達分院就醫即可享有總院的水準。

另外，面對高齡化社會，董翔龍說，目前3所榮總整合相關科別資源與老人醫療服務團隊，開設高齡醫學整合門診，設置高齡醫學病房，強化醫療體系跨院病歷查詢及醫療影像儲傳系統效能，提供年長者「單一窗口、多項治療」的便捷服務。

傳傾向認定烏龍監聽 羅瑩雪：絕對公正

傳法務部調查監聽案即將告一段落，法務部傾向採信行政疏失。對此，外界質疑法務部長羅瑩雪日前一席「沒有主觀犯意」的話，是否指揮調查小組的調查方向。羅瑩雪表示，調查委員絕對公正，且多為民間法界人士，這些人怎麼可能受到法務部的壓力影響。羅瑩雪強調，調查小組非常辛苦，常常討論到深夜。

針對即將出爐的調查結果，羅瑩雪表示，她沒有參與調查，並不清楚細節與結論。

羅瑩雪也說，一旦調查結果認定疏失，就會依規定送懲處單位。懲處看狀況，送檢察官評鑑委員會、公務員懲戒或監察院都有可能，就是看什麼樣的疏失。

至於調查報告是否在今天(7日)完成報告？羅瑩雪表示，「幾乎不可能」。是否會有最快出爐時間？羅瑩雪強調，除非是先有預設立場，才會有調查期限。
