消基會公布，今年6月與去年12月相比關閉病床前3名醫院分別是林口及台北長庚及台北榮總，原因是評鑑護理人力不足而關床。

消費者文教基金會今天表示，衛生福利部投入預算欲解決如急診壅塞、醫事、護理人員等問題，2013年相關預算雖有增加，不過問題仍未改善。

消基會取得中央健康保險署民國102年醫學中心與區域醫院病床變動表，分析今年6月與去年12月醫學中心病床數變動顯示，林口長庚、台北長庚及台北榮總的總病床數分別減少220床、56床、43床，是關床前3名。

消基會表示，醫院為符合評鑑標準減床，拿經費卻以關床手段因應護病比的要求，嚴重損及病患權益。

長庚醫院表示，醫院歷史已經有30多年，有些病房老舊，自多年前開始陸續改建與整修病房。台北榮總表示，了解情況後再回覆。

衛生福利部醫事司司長李偉強指出，醫院護理人力數會變動，有時也會因季節調整或是退休潮而人力調整，近年為落實每班護病比要求，讓護理人員辛苦且合理工作，調整病床數，而減床只是暫時，待招募足夠人力後，依護病比要求調整病床。

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院司法委員會上午再審《法院組織法》修正草案，再邀法務部長羅瑩雪與檢察總長黃世銘備詢。黃世銘提前20分鐘到場，但面對媒體一臉嚴肅，僅低調說，依慣例不會發言。

媒體問，會不會擔心今天又被媒體砲轟？黃世銘說，謝謝各位擔心。至於法務部調查小組傾向認定特偵組監聽立法院總機是烏龍、民間要求廢除特偵組等，黃世銘也說，「再說、再說」，並強調他要看資料了，不願多談。

因為在國貿版放了一天都沒人給我意見...所以在這邊請益。 北市某國立大學非相關科系畢，托益才７xx。 目前在服務業(規模1000+)做半年。要輪早晚班， 月薪目前２９k，年終兩個月。 不能休假和國定假日，每天工時平均8~9個小時。 但是我的職務閒沒學到什麼。做些庶務 我是去呆坐換錢，還要當資深人員的受氣包， 我做得很痛苦，我也不想要年終了。我想得到的年終可能 拿來吃付醫藥費吃百憂解了。 我想再回去面試當初出社會想應徵的國貿業。 趁休假的時候面試了幾家，大公司都沒下文， 可是有些小公司願意用我這個沒經驗的。 我爬很多文，觀察版上，發現國貿業特別多小公司， 而國貿也是各行各業裡小公司不一定比較差的產業。 不知我的觀察有誤嗎？ 有一個進出口衣料配件的公司願意用我，職位是國貿人員， 公司在臺北市區，規模目測約7~１０人。然後老闆說沒加班費可 是有誤餐費，你接受嗎？。 我問平均加班多久，他不直接回答， 他回說“加班到六點，你會覺得還好，加班到六點半，還好。 加班到七點多你就開始痛苦了。但是那是萬不得已才會這樣。 我問說，所以平均七點到八點多嗎？他才說是。 問禮拜六要加班嗎？又說如果早上來加班外國人還沒起床 ，會在公司沒事等到下午，但等到下午也只是收發信而已blablabla。 然後結論是在家電腦灌系統然後下午收信 。 問三節年終，回說三節是“應景禮物紅包"，而年終則一定有。 我追問年終多少，他說一個月。 休假制度也是，他回說放以前的國定假日方式，而不是後來的。 我問什麼意思，他說是國定周休都放，但是彈性不放。 因為要加班，但是他肯收沒經驗新鮮人，也同意我開價正式3０k。我 們面試有考得就是翻譯一篇書信，老闆看我翻得很順就願意用我。 請問我應該去嗎？ 老闆講薪資福利時有點拐彎抹角很可怕，是否是地雷公司? 不過他解釋他們的業務也是不直說一直反問我。 還是我沒經驗老闆肯給怎樣應該感恩了。 請各位大大給我點意見。手機排版請見諒。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.196.166 ※ 編輯: s1097 來自: 114.25.196.166 (10/07 09:15)

【林巧雁／台北報導】新台幣匯率今天以29.500兌1美元開出，開盤後持續升值至29.399元附近價位，幅度超過1角。交易員說，上周五台幣盤中創29.29元新高，不過外資買超力道已逐漸緩和，今天台幣是否能維持高點要看外資匯入的量。
 
由於韓元今天走勢緩升，台幣今天升幅可能趨緩，預期價位在29.300~29.400之間盤整，為7~8月以來高點。
