這間公司是我的第一份正式工作，是一間五人小公司 今年八月到職，但因在十月之前沒辦法每天上班 所以期間都用工讀下去計算新資 就在昨天，老闆要我自己去自己的弄勞健保 我才發現原來在八月到現在公司都沒幫我用 期間他們沒有跟我拿身分證那些，我也忘了要給... 因為公司的成員們算是以兼職身分待在這邊公司 就是這間公司是他們創業的，他們主要是在其他公司做 所以他們也完全不懂那些勞健保的東西，要我自己去做處理 因此平常辦公室也只有我一個人 老闆要我自己去做處理的話...我是該聯絡勞保局那些嗎 老闆直說，不懂就打1999就好... 他好像是有提過可以跟公會保，如果是的話也是自行連絡嗎 這樣的話會不會連國民年金也要我自己去弄@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.151.54

標題[問題] 關於離職相關爭議

我在某間私立學校擔任計劃助理一職 當初簽訂契約時，有額外在約上加註「試用期」期限 且與我交接之前任職員告知我試用期若不適應可隨時提出離職 (聘約上寫 提前一個月告知) 在到任後不久，基於身體舊疾復發無法負荷工作，尤其工作需經常性超時 我亦難以在夜間就診 欲申請離職專注於治療與休養 無奈單位主管不予准辭 強制要求就任至聘期滿，或接替人員到職 且以「交接時主管未在場因此不承認試用期之內容」為由 關於工作量與工時未在交接時詳加闡述的部份 則以「應徵時未主動詢問詳細內容」為由 -------------------- 基於個人健康需求，我需要離開這樣的工作 專心於治療自己的疾病，或是一個可以讓我有時間治療的簡易工作 但是我的主管不放人，強制執行契約內容 我有適當的管道可以順利離職嗎？ 工作單位是否會為此和我求償？可能會有哪方面的求償? 【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美國加州一隻流浪貓因罹患罕見的神經疾病，從小就不良於行，幸好牠獲救後有義工幫牠設計並製造輔助輪椅，這隻可憐的小貓終於能夠走路。

這隻叫做Thumper的貓咪在8周大時獲救，但牠那個時候已經不會走路。經X光檢查發現，牠的脊柱並未受傷，但罕見的神經疾病讓牠的後腿無力。幸好義工熱心製作輔助輪椅，這才讓Thumper一圓走路夢。
