八大公股行庫紛紛前進中國大陸搶商機，近期皆已開始在中國大陸設立村鎮銀行，財政部長張盛和表示，合資問題較多，因此獨資會較好，可以按照自己的方式去經營。

張盛和表示，若是要合資則必須評估條件，強調條件的評估很重要，他舉例說，我方股權占比是否逾51%，相關人事營運等，強調合資不會只有財務投資，考量的問題會較多。

張盛和指出，目前台企銀與兆豐銀都已經向財政部提出申請，而一銀與合庫銀也正在申請中。至於純財務投資，像是買大陸股票，張盛和表示，予以尊重，由各公股行庫自行評估。

餐廳名稱：麵屋武藏‧神山 消費時間：102年/8月 地址：台北市中山區中山北路1段121巷18號（肥前屋對面） 電話：02-25428222 營業時間：11:30-22:00（最後供餐時間21:30） 每人平均價位：660/2p 可否刷卡：no 有無包廂：no 推薦菜色：一本拉麵 圖文超彭派版:http://dearmoai.com/25428222/ 吃完了虎嘯，又開了神山，那不吃ㄧ下好像不太對齁。 加上我生日狗哥請我吃了虎嘯，那狗哥生日，做妹妹的我也回請他個神山吧！ 這篇我寫的慢（現在９月），加上最近網誌搬家，ｐｏ文可能更晚。 之前聚會的時候聽蘿莉說，狗哥ｐｏ了神山的文章之後，在ｐｔｔ被罵慘。 直說要他拿出發票來什麼巴拉巴拉的，我個人是ｐｔｔ北七所以沒有看到就是。 但是大家，真的不要罵他，狗哥是拿不出發票的！！！！ 因為這頓是我請他的，發票在我這裡阿～ 這天我們非常熱血，神山１１點半開門，我們１１點就去門口排隊了。 為的就是那限量３０碗的一本拉麵，就是傳說中的一大塊叉燒～ 本來以為會有像是虎嘯那樣的恐怖排隊人潮，但其實還好。 １１點到的我們排到了第一順位，我們之後大約也只有１０個人左右。 反倒是對面的肥前屋，那個排隊人龍整整是神山的四倍以上啊！ 這還是我吃完出來拍的，還是很多人排隊，而且那天是平日還下大雨。 果然是台灣人的精神跟氣魄，為了吃，排多久都願意！！！！！ １１點半，店員準時的讓我們入座。 神山內部裝潢跟虎嘯差不多的風格，一樓大約１０來個位置而已，都是吧台。 菜單則是有神山拉麵、特製神山拉麵（就是什麼都有，吃這個卡划算！） 沾麵、咖哩拉麵等等，價格落在２６０～３００元之間。 當然我們是為他來的，３８０元的一本拉麵。 先不管好不好吃，那一大條的叉燒就是必吃！就是不得不吃！就是不吃會屎！ 小菜跟飲料的部份都跟虎嘯相同，這次就沒有特別點了。 這次很節制，只有點這樣！ 不過橘子狗不顧我牙套還沒拆，硬是點了咖哩口味。 所以我也沒有阻止他加麵，就讓他撐死了旺把蛋好了～ 喔對，虎嘯／神山，加麵免錢但是點餐時就要說喔！ 吃拉麵會流汗，還會亂噴汁（？），所以這裡有貼心的準備圍兜與髮圈。 洗手間還有漱口水跟牙線棒，都可以跟服務人員索取喔。 咖哩拉麵　２８０元 咖哩拉麵的碗相當的漂亮，漂亮到橘子狗都想帶回家去是怎麼了！！ 滿滿的咖哩醬汁、肉末、肉片，高麗菜絲，還有一顆半熟蛋相當豐富。 加入了咖哩醬汁的豚骨湯頭非常濃郁，喝起來真的也挺鹹的。 感覺就像腎會掐著自己的脖子說：夠了夠了，的那麼鹹！！！ 連腎臟達人橘子狗都喝不完的一碗湯，實屬難得。 一戳就爆漿的溫泉蛋，讓麵條的感覺更柔和溫潤。 肉片是五花的肥瘦相間，吃起來也挺有厚度，很ｑ彈。 還有肉末那不同的口感，整碗麵是很豐富、層次也很深度的。 一本拉麵　３８０元 是的我們就是為他而來，這上桌的氣勢真的是無人能敵。 滿滿的、一大塊的、一長條的叉燒肉非常彭派。 都突出碗外了，這根本是愛吃肉的人心中的馬太福音啊！ 店員會細心的送上盤子給我們擺這塊肉兒。 不然其實也真的沒辦法吃麵，因為這肉根本就是超大肉塊來著！！ 整塊的叉燒經過了兩天的醃製處理，細火慢烤後才上桌。 吃起來外皮的部份焦脆，中間的肉質則是肥嫩卻不肥膩。 非常有份量，這塊肉連經過大風大浪的我們兩個都是吃了好久才吃完。 更別說是小鳥胃的女孩兒們了，應該可以多人分食的（笑） 麵條我們都選偏硬的，因為等橘子狗拍完也差不多軟了～ 我喜歡這種很粗的麵條，吸飽了湯汁吃起來更有味道。 一本拉麵中的「一本」完食。 但是有人加麵，加了之後吃不完！！！！ 本來剛吃之前是很開心的拍照這樣。。。。。。。 吃飽了之後就開始呆了（話說這時候他不知道我在拍他） 然後終於有人投降了，吃不完哈哈。 這餐吃了６６０元，兩個人都撐死了旺把蛋。 但是我覺得神山真的是用料很實在啦，也是好吃的。 那塊肉，不管是視覺還是味覺亦或是噱頭上都有很大的震撼。 也期待之後會在中和開店的二天，也有讓我們驚艷的料理呢！ 最後送上我跟橘子狗大大難得的合照。 結果發現我們髮型與臉都好像根本是兄弟來著！？ ※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※ 麵屋武藏‧神山 地址：台北市中山區中山北路1段121巷18號（肥前屋對面） 電話：02-25428222 營業時間～11:30-22:00（最後供餐時間21:30） ※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.112.194

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】經濟合作與發展組織(OECD)今日發表首次「國際成人能力評估計劃」(PIAAC)的調查結果，結果發現日本人表現最好，而美國和韓國人則低於水準之下。

OECD表示，該研究針對美國、日本、南韓、德國等24個國家的15.7萬名16~65歲間成人進行調查，主要調查項目分為閱讀能力、數學理解力，資訊科技活用程度，以及問題解決能力。中國和印度這次並未列入調查當中。

結果顯示，日本在閱讀、數理及問題解決能力上都拿第一，資訊科技活用的冠軍則由瑞典拿下。此外，美國和韓國在所有項目上，其結果都要比OECD算出的均標要低，而美國的表現也都比韓國要來得差，尤其數理和問題解決能力是排名倒數第3。
