立法院朝野協商今天院會議程無共識，國民黨團提議表決，以59票對42票，通過國民黨版院會議程草案。

表決後，立法院長王金平宣布，這是本院第三次，本屆第二次處理行政院長不信任案，現在休息協商處理相關程序。

柯建銘表示，今天應該要重開程序委員會確定議程，但協商沒結論，所以國民黨要用表決處理，以後就不要協商，大家來玩啊。已經將倒閣案放院長桌上，表決完畢，倒閣自動生效，今天就下課了。

民進黨團今天對行政院長江宜樺提不信任案，立法院長王金平上午11時27分宣布立即召集朝野協商處理程序。

中華民國憲法增修條文規定，立法院得經全體立法委員1/3以上連署，對行政院長提出不信任案（倒閣案）。

不信任案提出72小時後，應於48小時內以記名投票表決。如經全體立委1/2以上贊成，行政院長應於10天內提出辭職，並得同時呈請總統解散立法院；不信任案如未通過，1年內不得對同一行政院長再提不信任案。

立法院現有112席立委，不信任案若要通過，至少需57席立委贊成。目前中國國民黨有65席立委，民主進步黨40席、親民黨2席、台灣團結聯盟3席、無黨團結聯盟1席、無黨籍1席。

標題[問題] 給長輩的傳統手機選擇

我爸的手機已經用4~5年，電池續航力相當差 想說幫他換一隻手機 由於他的需求是長時間待機及通話 偶而拍照 而且也完全用不到智慧型手機功能(他本人也不考慮智慧型手機) 所以不打算幫他買智慧型手機 雖然爬文看過許多版友推nokia x1-01 101 可是因為目前我爸用的手機銀幕有2"，所以不希望換了螢幕更小的手機給他 目前比較中意的是nokia 301 銀幕有2.4"，外型也像lumia系列的簡約美 另外也有考慮nokia asha 300 但是系統是塞班 好像是智慧型手機?? 不知道使用起來會不會有困難或麻煩(我爸對3C產品使用相當笨拙) 或是有其他螢幕2"以上耐用美觀的傳統手機可以推薦?? 另外，上述兩隻手機是否都要把sim卡2g轉3g才能使用? 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.194.181 ※ 編輯: thx 來自: 118.161.194.181 (10/08 13:47)

【陳建緯／台北報導】昨晚9許捷運龍山寺站傳出男子落軌意外，經送醫後男子在深夜11時宣告不治身亡，家屬接到消息後連夜北上認屍。
 
警方調查發現，周姓男子（55歲）離婚後從高雄北上工作，但周男疑似無法從離婚的失意中走出，再加上工作不順遂，才會跳軌尋死。

在免稅店入手一罐Sisley眼霜 照例免稅店的包裝都沒有製造日期&保存期限 只有批號175220 回來google多是舊文 批號六碼直接就是製造年/月/日 很明顯的這批號不適用 查了 http://cosmeticswizard.net/ 也找不到 只有少數文章提到07年開始使用新的六位數字 前兩位-7 = 年份 接下來三位數字-400 = 一年中哪天生產 最後一位是生產批次 以我手上的產品都是175開頭 大概都是今年第一百多天生產(免稅店的產品這麼新鮮?) 請問這樣計算是否正確呢? 謝謝~~ 題外話: 本來是要買嬌蘭的蘭花眼霜 結果小姐跟我說sisley這罐比較便宜 她們同事很多人用這罐 效果也不錯 腦神經很弱就被說服了 (小姐人真好?!) 有沒有人兩款都用過要分享一下心得呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.180.142

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】都是閃光燈惹的禍！廣西柳州動物園海洋水族館110多條、54個種類熱帶魚十一假期期間非正常集體死亡，平均每天至少15條魚死亡。

該水族館館長表示，雖然館內明顯位置都張貼了禁止使用閃光燈拍照的告示，但這些告示對一些人形同虛設，閃光燈讓熱帶魚受到驚嚇，撞上珊瑚石後受傷，後因皮膚發炎致死。

其中一個養海神象的水缸，十一假期前養了28條海神象，7天假期過後，全部死光。館長說，平日遊客少的時候，工作人員還可以個別勸說，但十一假期每天遊客達1萬人次，根本無法應對。
