標題[請益] 比舊版克蘭詩保濕精華液更強的產品?

舊版克蘭詩的保濕精華液 一直是我的最愛 用了好多年了 沒想到這兩年竟然大改版 改過後的保濕效果大不如前 本來還只有亞洲改版 說是特別針對亞洲膚質跟氣候 但在去年 歐美也全面改成新版... 頓時間 我沒有保濕精華液可以用了....囧 請問 有比舊版克蘭詩保濕精華液 更強的精華液產品嗎? 就算沒有更強...是否有效果差不多的可以推薦? 鞠躬感謝!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.4.198.102

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】綁架並囚禁3女長達10年的美國俄亥俄州淫魔卡斯楚，9月初傳在獄中上吊身亡。但俄亥俄州官員昨稱他可能不是死於自殺，而是「窒息式自慰」。

一份俄亥俄州犯罪矯正機關的報告指出，卡斯楚死後被發現時，他的褲子已經褪到腳踝、沒有留下遺書，而且他生前所做的「多階段評估」並未發現他有自殺傾向，因此州政府要求警方重新調查卡斯楚的死因。

此外，俄亥俄州也發現負責看守卡斯楚的監獄守衛並未按時察看他的狀況，並涉嫌偽造巡邏記錄，才讓卡斯楚有「自殺」的空檔。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】電價漲民眾已叫苦連天，政府又擬開徵電影稅！文化部長龍應台昨表示，將推動《電影法》修法，針對電影票價開徵5%的「電影扶植稅」扶助國片發展，一旦修法通過，看電影全票將要貴10至16元。

《蘋果》報導，文化部昨舉行《電影法》修正草案諮詢會議，龍應台說，將推動成立電影事業發展基金，基金財源除政府預算外，還將針對電影票價課徵5%電影扶植稅，預計每年將可挹注電影產業3.6億元。以首輪電影全票價約190至310元計算，課說後票價將漲10至16元，學生票也會漲9到15元。

民眾、學者及電影導演齊聲痛罵，文化部此舉只會讓看電影的人越來越少，根本是殺雞取卵、白痴政策。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】人民幣國際地位不斷提高。歐洲央行和中國人民銀行（人行）今天宣布簽署雙邊換匯協議，期效3年、人民幣供應給歐洲央行時最大規模定在3500億元人民幣（570億美元），資金供應給人行時最大規模則為450億歐元。
 
歐洲央行於聲明中指出，歐元體系國家都可用這項換匯協議。中國人民銀行今年來已經和英國、南韓與澳洲等國家簽署雙邊換匯協議。

標題[心得] New One死當 紫光送修心得

在9/27星期五晚上想說把new one 更新成4.3，整個過程花了大概15分鐘， 更新完後還可以用，但過了ㄧ晚後整支手機完全無法使用，連開機都無法充電充ㄧ個小時左上方的燈也完全沒反應。 想說先去原本購買的通訊行看看，但它說這要送原廠。 9/28教師節 送修 10/1 htc收到機子 10/3開始打電話問客服，檢測中 10/4中午打 檢測中這時客服跟我說如果換機子 ㄧ定換 全新機 10/4晚上6:15打 在次問客服狀況 檢測中 客服也跟我說如果換機子 ㄧ定換 全新機 10/4晚上7:30htc 打電話跟我說機子好了換了ㄧ支給我，我又問了是全新或整新 客服說(ㄧ定是全新，蘋果才是整新。)聽到我有點傻掉!!!! 客服說已經包裝好星期ㄧ物流收件最慢星期二到。 10/5我在次打客服說已經包裝好星期ㄧ物流收件最慢星期二到。 我又問整新或全新 全新機 10/7中午在打客服客服說已經寄出了。 是全新機，我跟他說怕通訊行調包所以客服給我新機sn碼跟我說用這去確認。 10/7晚上收到機子 是全新的對了sn碼 但通訊行確跟我說是整新!? 心得: 當初除了機子死當，本來就有紫光 但目前手機ㄧ切正常，也沒紫光和亮點。 整個過程我覺得htc客服真的很棒態度真的很好，完全可以解決我問題。 我也說要改善的是產品良率和維修品質，有不少人是因為是台灣品牌台灣人研發而買htc,也說了網友們遇到的相同題。 更新部份我覺得htc方面有待加強部驟和更新後風險應該說的更清楚。 客服也跟我說紫光部份依照維修部給的原因是 光圈 問題但是軟體還是應體造成他們客服也不知。 謝謝 全文完 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.52.252.149
