法人機構指出，目前大盤在量能無法顯著放大至千億元以上的情況，指數欲往8,500 點挺進將有難度，但大昌投顧認為，隨著短線熱錢持續匯入並未改變，類股將為良性輪動的的方式緩步墊高指數向上。

而上市櫃公司9月營收今天將全部揭露完畢，美國也將進入超級財報周，預期在業績題材持續發酵及旺季效應的加持，投資人應選股不選市，個股將為強者恆強的態勢。

下周起，美股包括Intel、IBM及下旬的蘋果財報將為市場關注的目標。在產業方面，電子股近期佔大盤成交比重仍僅51 %水準，大盤若欲上攻8,500點，在沒有電子股出量轉強作配合下仍有相當難度，目前在類股輪動下仍以網通及跌深的蘋果概念股在基本面有撐下，股價拉回仍可作留意。

傳產股仍以塑化及紡織為雙主流，短線在本益比經過修正後，隨著進入第4季旺季營收及獲利的利多加持，股價仍有持續攀高的機會。

有著圓滾滾大眼睛與胖嘟嘟身材的小龍（化名），生父其實並非台灣人，而是一名泰籍外勞，只是他的母親生下他時，與台籍假老公仍維持婚姻關係；假老公只想錢，孩子是否他親生無所謂。

小龍因為這一法律關係，登記的生父是台籍假爸爸，並順利取得我國國籍。小龍母親立刻和和假老公離婚，並將假老公的戶籍遷出，剛出生的小龍，因此成了「戶長」。

據了解，類似小龍這樣的小戶長，並非單一個案，但戶政單位與警方都表示無力控管，因此全台跟小龍一樣的「小戶長」，究竟有多少人，是個未知數。

和台灣沒有血緣的小龍，因為是合法入籍的「新台灣之子」，未來不但享有國民該有權利，還可因為新台灣之子的關係，享受許多優惠，例如外配子女可優先申請公立幼兒園。

開計程車的假老公，知道小龍母親的「弱點」，常以離婚為由勒索金錢，小龍母親不堪其擾。同鄉朋友傳授「只要有孩子取得台灣戶籍，即使離婚，政府會讓外籍媽媽居留照顧小孩至廿歲。」

小龍的母親決定「生小孩換居留」，特別去找一名泰籍外勞。小龍在母親盤算下出生，戶籍上只有他與假爸爸，生母的名字放在註記欄。

小龍母親在完成這些程序後辦理離婚，上月申請孩子監護權，獲得展延居留與合法工作權。

小龍母親不諱言，「很多同鄉女子這麼做，生小孩是留下來的手段」，她會把小龍先帶回泰國，讓家人幫忙照顧，自己留在台灣賺錢，等小龍三、四歲再回台讀幼兒園，成年後母子就會返回泰國，不想留在台灣。
