【徐毓莉／台北報導】針對立法案總機遭監聽事件，立院交通委員會今請國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）、法務部等單位就「法務部監聽事件小組調查報告節費電話是否能夠監聽，是否需要特殊設備，光碟為何空白等監聽設備、技術相關問題」進行專案報告，NCC對此均表示，無從得知。

今專案報告中有多位專家學者出席。交通大學資訊工程系教授林盈達曾任由NCC補助的電信技術中心執行長，今在立院受訪時表示，監聽設備都是由NCC審驗合格，當初NCC驗收時說可以監聽，現在卻說不知是否可監聽，他質疑NCC做偽證。

不過NCC澄清，NCC在監理電信業者建置通信系統時，僅書面確認檢調機關出具同意業者配合通訊監察措施的證明文件，並未實際參與或檢視業者，配合通訊監察所需軟硬體設備規格、架構。

（軍聞社記者林敬傑雲林十七日電）「訓練無捷徑，唯有苦練、苦練、再苦練！」肩負山隘行軍野營訓練任務的陸軍特種作戰指揮部特二營官兵，今天在雲林義峰高中實施第二次的陸空聯訓操演，藉以培育特戰弟兄具備傷患後送及物資運補等專業技能，進而達成「平時能救災、戰時能作戰」的訓練目標。

　上午的陸空聯訓操演，模擬特戰官兵於汛期接獲救災命令後，立即責由預置兵力協同陸航直升機深入災區現場，執行傷患後送與物資運補任務，通力合作協助災民脫困。

　操演過程，先由特戰部隊於災區選定適合降落場，並於降場以白布鋪設降落標示，再由通信官兵以高頻無線電機與直升機組人員保持通聯，反覆確認區域內風向、風速，輔助UH-1H直升機順利落地；隨後，特戰官兵適當編組人力，將機上運抵的民生物資，以人員接力搬運方式， 一一交付災民運用，有效解決受困民眾生活需求。

　同時，此次也演練部份受傷且不良於行民眾，在隨行醫官緊急醫療包紮後，立即由特戰弟兄以擔架等輔具協助抬上直升機艙，俾供儘速後送就醫，確保災民生命財產安全，操演過程緊湊、逼真。

我昨天已經送出訴狀..要等多久才會收到通知單?
我先生戶籍在嘉義 我戶籍在台中 但我地址是寫新莊(因為我現在住這)
如果調解庭是訂在台中或嘉義我是不是要再上訴花一千元改到板橋法院?
哪又要多久時間才會開調解庭?? 因我先生他說他不會出庭..所以只有我會去
然後等調解庭完到第一次出庭又要多久時間才會收到開庭通知??

可以麻煩真的知道的人告訴我??

我一個朋友...他10月1號剛判決離婚了...花了2個月的時間

所以我也至少要等2個月嗎?

標題[問題] 桃園哪邊可以看顳顎關節炎?

前幾天側睡時，半夜臉頰痛到醒來，發現整個臉頰按壓都會痛， 嘴巴也只能張開一點點orz......... 雖然以前吃東西關節都會有咖咖咖聲，想說不會痛沒關係， 結果這次痛到連牙齒都無法咬合，休息了一天有改善一些， 最少臉頰按壓不會痛了，可是嘴巴還是只能開大約一半，q_q 有去看牙醫，但覺得牙醫不是很可靠，開了肌肉鬆弛劑， 拍了x光，可是都沒有說有沒有問題，就直接說要做咬合版， 請問桃園有推薦的醫生嗎? 實在很無助，有什麼好醫生拜託介紹一下， 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.40.90
