【大紀元2013年10月17日訊】（大紀元記者萬方報導）15日，廣東茂名化州市兩小販遭城管多人暴力毆打，受傷住院。城管欲揚長而去，激起民憤，小販的親朋好友及不相識的圍觀者將城管團團圍住討說法，十幾個巡警及其領導想賠1000元醫藥費私了，小販家屬不答應，於是城管又叫來數十巡警用警棍和辣椒水對付民眾，打出一條路，護送城管撤離現場。市民憤怒堵路抗議，警察不敢露面，交通癱瘓，至第二天凌晨，市民才散去。

城管施暴打暈小販惹民憤 警察假拘留幫城管開溜

廣東茂名化州市上街路15日晚上8時，城管欲沒收兩個賣服裝小販的商品，小販不肯，雙方發生爭執。城管實施暴力毆打，兩小販被打暈在地。城管準備揚長而去，周圍的百姓將他們團團圍住，不讓城管走。城管被困，叫來十幾個巡警和一個著便裝的「領導」，以拘留城管為名，將城管載上車。

現場的何先生告訴大紀元記者說；「警察說是將城管拘留，事實是，城管坐在車上有講有笑，更有香煙服侍。沒穿警服、又沒有工作證的『領導』提出賠小販1000元醫藥費私了，小販家屬拒絕，在場民眾非常憤怒，不肯讓打人城管走。」

警察警棍辣椒水打市民為打人城管開路

何先生說：「城管又找來第二批巡警，下車就追著市民打，打開一條路後，城管的車馬上就開走了，巡警還打傷了幾個市民，市民倒在地上，他們問都不問，就直接要走人，周圍市民肯定不讓，又衝上去，結果他們拿起手中的棍子又打開了一條路，見到拍照的直接向手機砸去，或者把人按在地上踩，非常凶惡殘忍。」

最後警察向市民噴辣椒水，慌忙奪路而逃。市民們非常憤怒，報警，警察再也不肯露面了。市民紛紛堵路討說法，交通完全癱瘓。直到第二天凌晨，市民才散去。

有市民發帖表示，城管五六個人打一個，結果兩市民被打傷入院，這事激起民憤，有二千人封鎖了化州大橋和上街洞。小販都是搵餐飯，要不要事幹得這麼絕？手中有點兒權利就惡到死。百姓沒有地方講理，現在都是有錢和有權的人說了算！

有市民在網上憤怒地表示：「城管打人，這是甚麼世道？簡直沒天理。領著國糧不好好為人民服務反而來欺壓我們老百姓。傷者已經送去搶救，居然想用一千元就打發他們走！」

何先生對大紀元記者表示：「當晚交通全部癱瘓，沒有一個人不抗議，但又有甚麼用， 他們（城管、警察）打你就合法，你打他們就犯法，簡直就是拿著證件的『賊』！」

中共500轉入罪高壓下 一條微博悄悄流傳

最近，在中共以百姓微博轉發500轉即可以「誹謗罪」獲刑入罪、嚴厲打擊網絡言論的今天，一條微博還是被人們悄悄轉發：

2013年6月，貴州民警槍殺2名村民案，獲刑8年，法院稱是防衛過當。
2011年11月，遼寧省遼陽市城管打死人案，主犯獲刑11年，兩從犯獲刑3年。
2008年11月，湖北天門城管打死拍照男子，被判有期徒刑6年。
2013年9月，殺死城管的瀋陽小販夏俊峰被核準死刑。

民眾質疑：「為甚麼民警槍殺2名百姓屬防衛過當；城管打死百姓就只判有期徒刑？而夏俊峰為甚麼要判死刑呢？就因為他是個百姓或只是個公民無任何背景：而不是政府的工作人員才這樣嗎？」

【大紀元10月18日報導】（中央社記者楊淑閔台北18日電）已與東京晴空塔結盟的台北101觀景台，今天宣布與東京晴空塔合辦攝影展，透過雙首都市井小民生活照，展開友好交流。

台北101觀景台與東京晴空塔，繼今年5月完成「2013台日觀光地標友好年」締結儀式，並舉辦「2013愛你一生遊雙塔」活動之後，今天（18日）再合作舉辦「台北晴空攝影展」。

台北101觀景台指出，「台北晴空攝影展」展件多達76件，包含台北101國際攝影展優秀作品、高空婚紗照，以及東京晴空塔攝影作品；展期從今天起，到11月18日止，地點在台北101的89樓觀景台展出。

東京晴空塔同步自即日起，到11月18日止，舉辦「東京晴空塔」、「台北101」旅行日記攝影比賽。

只要遊客將拍攝「東京晴空塔」或「台北101」的照片，在前述期間上傳至東京晴空塔官方粉絲團（www.facebook.com/TOKYOSKYTREE.official），入選佳作將與雙塔專業攝影作品一同於2013年12月10日至2014年1月5日（日）於東京晴空塔展出。
