2013中國杭州文化創意產業博覽會（杭州文博會）及首屆兩岸文創產業交流對接會從昨天起至10月20日在杭州白馬湖國際會展中心舉行，共有來自兩岸150家知名文創企業參加。台北故宮博物院近來當紅的文創產品「朕知道了」紙膠帶、「龍藏經」等也在會場展出，吸引大批民眾參觀。

昨天首屆兩岸文創產業交流對接會開幕式，杭州市委書記龔正、大陸全國人大財經委副主任呂祖善、浙江省文化廳長金盛興、兩岸企業家峰會文創組台灣方召集人法藍瓷總裁陳立恆先後代表致辭。

在對接會上來自兩岸的150家知名文創業者以項目推介會、自由對接、專題對接會等形式進行產業對接。對接會後，成功對接項目將在11月初的南京兩岸紫金山峰會期間進行合作簽約。

例如: 台灣原創館的「陶作坊」品牌，以「展場即劇場」的跨界手法，表演最新作品「Tea party-慢‧漫」，精緻生活美學專區謝曼女士現場畫法揮毫表演、台灣文創品牌人才招聘會等活動。

同時，台灣展商也帶來很多在杭州首次亮相的大師作品展，如: 向日畫廊段安國皮雕藝術展、觀喜堂及佐茶佑玉推出玉雕大師劉榮宗、吳德升及天工獎玉雕大師易少勇、于涇和闐仔玉玉雕聯展、玩銀工坊鐘維文銀飾展、YEWN翁狄森窗花系列珠寶展等。

此外，台灣紫藤蘆、自慢堂、醇品雅集、大藝好茶、玩銀工坊等都帶來具有創意的茶具、茶葉及茶點。

值得一提的是，設計「朕知道了」紙膠帶的台灣知音文創企業，還在現場推出印有「蘇堤春曉」紙膠帶、「雷峰夕照」紀念本等具有杭州當特色的文創產品，提供給杭州民眾。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】目前於市面流通的合格瓦斯鋼瓶，都須定期送往瓦斯檢驗廠，經過外觀、耐壓試驗、膨脹試驗等檢驗流程，合格後才能貼上合格檢驗卡使用，如不合格，鋼瓶就會壓毀，但少數不肖業者仍使用未送檢的非法鋼瓶。因此消費者應注意鋼瓶上的合格標示，每支合格鋼瓶開關閥後都有1張鋁合金製合格標示，上面會標明「下次檢驗期限」、「定期檢驗日期」等相關資訊，若該檢驗期限日期已過期或無檢驗卡，即為不合格瓦斯桶，應立即拒絕使用或要求退換。
 
新北市消防局呼籲所有民眾，購買桶裝瓦斯時，一定要簽訂「家用液化石油氣供氣定型化契約」或請業者開立發票佐證，並注意瓶身是否有分銷商商號及電話等聯絡方式，發生爭議時可用來釐清責任，並保障民眾使用安全與權益，如果有任何疑慮，可以向當地消防機關或撥打一一九檢舉。

【大紀元2013年10月19日訊】 (大紀元記者歐陽溫哥華編譯報導）列治文市議會日前以8比1表決通過，批准列治文沃爾瑪（Walmart）購物中心開發方案，並於11月進入公眾諮詢階段，令這個頗具爭議的開發計畫取得重大進展。
　　
該開發計畫所在地盤位於市內Alderbridge Way夾Garden City Rd.路口東北角，佔地14英畝，投資1億元，是西甘比區（West Cambie）社區重建規劃的一部份。加國大型發展商SmartCentres計劃中的戶外購物中心除沃爾瑪外，還擬引入倫敦藥房(London Drugs)、The Keg西餐廳、Marshalls百貨公司等大約50家店舖。該購物中心將被命名為「花園城市中心」（Central at Garden City）。
　　
對於今次市議會的決定，市議員Ken Johnston說：「我覺得這是土地使用的問題」，他指很多反對者是不滿該開發項目的主要租客是沃爾瑪。市議會不會干涉公司與沃爾瑪合作的政策，這不是市府的工作。」
　　
該計畫已籌劃10年，Johnston說：「這個項目已多次遭市府駁回，進進出出拖延太久，現在是時候進行公眾諮詢，聽聽市民的意見，這是市議員應該做的事，在公聽會之後，我們再做決定。」
　　
市議員Derek Dang根據他所了解到情況，也感到公眾關注的最大問題是沃爾瑪，而非購物中心計畫本身。「人們的真正問題似乎是沃爾瑪，現在他們將有機會，在公聽會上表達他們的想法，這是健康的做法。」
　　
購物中心所在地盤被定為環境敏感區（ESA），為補償開發項目將帶來的潛在環境損害，開發商Smartcentres在兩個星期前的一個規劃委員會會議上，提出出資23.8萬元，擴大西甘比公園，及改善附近生態環境。這一提議贏得市議會的好感。
　　
市議會在上個月曾再次駁回開發計畫，理由包括破壞綠地及鳥類棲息地、擔憂市外購物者帶來交通擁堵導致居住環境惡化等。
　　
然而，市府職員的報告顯示，經分析開發計畫對交通影響不大，因為在週末高峰時間增加的額外車流量，預計只有15%來自溫哥華。而報告指，預計沒有來自東部的額外車流量，因為新西敏的Queensborough有沃爾瑪，並且Delta以南也會在Tsawwassen原住民土地興建新的大型購物中心。
　　
如果公聽會結束後，該計畫獲得市府批准，開發商還將出資修繕該地區的一些道路的交叉路口。
　　
此前SmartCentres將該開發計畫除上述所做的讓步外還包括，為建設連接購物中心的一條新道路出資340萬元，購買兩個物業，以便將Alexandra 和 Leslie路連通。
　　
儘管該開發計畫面臨的反對意見不多，但最近數月中市政府仍然收到了20多封反對信件。一些人擔心交通，但最擔心的還是Garden City城市森林和野生動物棲息地的減少，尤其是去年市議會決定在附近原本規劃為自然公園的4.86公頃土地上進行開發之後。
　　
卑詩大學的公共健康教授Richard Mathias也是當地的一位老住戶，他督促市議會重新考慮這個方案的必要性，呼籲要保護城市自然。
　　
居民Donald Burgess也去信呼籲，要求沃爾瑪必須創造出它所佔用的那麼多的綠地和樹木。Burgess說列治文已經變成了高樓密佈的柏油叢林，Minoru Park是市中心唯一良好的公園，而民眾需要更多的公園綠地。 ◇
