【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】黃姓男子(52歲)知道黃姓友人的房子有違規增建，去年6月20日去找友人，拿出不詳證件，誆稱他是台中市政府都市發展局職員，讓友人誤以為他是台中市政府員工，可以幫忙代繳規費，使其違建物不會被拆除。友人當場交給黃男5000元。
 
黃食髓知味，又對一名陳姓友人說其住處走廊加鐵門是違章建築，補辦手續可以就地合法，並誆稱自己是市府職員，可以代辦，陳男於是交給黃1800元。後來黃、陳2人發現黃並沒有去處理違章建築案件而報警。台中地檢署依詐欺罪將黃提起公訴。

餐廳名稱：海頓英式紅茶館 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：嘉義市中正路432號 電話：(05)2255795 營業時間：週一 - 週日: 10:00 - 1:00 每人平均價位：50 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：可 推薦菜色：霜淇淋 圖文網誌無音樂版:http://goodmorningdashu.pixnet.net/blog/post/276027170 近期嘉義也跟進流行陸續開了幾間賣霜淇淋的店，只是這時間點好尷尬，都開始轉涼了說 ! 不過還是不影響吃冰的慾望就是...... 這次大叔來到了位於中正路上的海頓，招牌上頭寫著紅茶館，要不是外頭有霜淇淋的圖示 大叔還真的會騎過頭呢~~~ 今天的口味是青檸薄荷跟鳳梨芒果 話說鳳梨的英文也太有梗了...haha 這邊的價格一支是50~~~ 牆上菜單有飲料的部份~ 店家滿推那個日月潭紅玉，不過今天的胃容量只剩下一支霜淇淋的叩打，只能改天再來嚐 試了 不得不說他的飲料杯子設計的還滿漂亮的，挺有質感的.. 義大利青檸薄荷 吃下去充滿了檸檬味，讓大叔驚喜了一下~ 大叔最近還滿喜歡吃酸的東西! 芒果鳳梨 濃郁的芒果中帶著一絲鳳梨味...這個組合還滿搭的.. 兩個比較起來，這個較得大叔及友人的心... 還是甜甜的好吃... 霜淇淋上頭都插著根餅乾棒，這應該是好事多賣的那個... 鹹鹹的還滿好吃的，可以當作湯匙挖著吃.... 餅皮的部份跟全家一樣 都是這種杯子... 不過大叔還是喜歡吃傳統的那種餅皮，這方面就看各人喜好了 (夜市跟麻辣風暴用的那種，那個單吃就超好吃了) 話說不知道這邊有沒有杯裝的....忘記問了~ 而吃起來的口感，比較像優格霜淇淋那種有點硬硬的感覺.... 不是像全家或麥當當那種滑順的感覺 現在店家還有fb分享的優惠，第二支半價~~ 這還滿划算的.. 店家目前就只有門口的座位有桌子，旁邊走道就只有椅子而已~ 大概可以坐10個人吧~ 不過霜淇淋本來就是走著吃了~~這倒是影響不大... 至於要說哪間比較好吃，其實看個人喜好了.... 因為每天的口味都不一樣，挑自己最愛的口味去吃才是王道!! 更多的食記分享就在早安大叔~~~~ http://goodmorningdashu.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.234.141

【大陸中心╱綜合報導】上海歡樂谷的雲霄飛車「藍月飛車」今上午10時許發生故障，16名遊客被掛在半空中，最後只能步行走安全梯回到地面。
 
園方稱是感應器故障所致，更換感應器並測試後重新啟用。不過上月28日它也發生過故障，28名遊客受困，當時也是感應器出問題。

【王烱華／台北報導】「公民行動倒馬行動聯盟」上午指控，總統馬英九的特勤人員對他們進行跟監、偷拍行為，聯盟並公布跟監者的影像照片，經過一天的人肉搜索，確定是國防部憲兵指揮部台北憲兵隊的黃姓少校調查官。憲兵指揮部澄清說，當天是執行總統的維安勤務，為了解聯盟是否還會有其他抗議行為，而進行蒐證，及狀況掌握，絕不是搞白色恐怖。
 
 倒馬聯盟在10月9日赴小巨蛋抗議馬英九後，隨即遭跟監、偷拍，聯盟上午並公布遭跟監、偷拍的監視錄影帶影片，希望全國網友幫忙人肉搜索，揪出跟拍的人是誰?又是誰派來的?聯盟嚴厲抨擊說，馬英九的「特務」跟監、偷拍， 簡直就是搞特務治國、白色恐怖。
 
經過近一天的人肉搜索，有人向《蘋果》爆料指認跟監者，憲指部坦承此事，但強調當天是總統維安勤務，憲兵是維安勤務執行單位，為怕聯盟還會有其他抗議行動，才由調查官與另一名憲兵人員前往進行「狀況掌握」，以確保總統安維，絕不是搞白色恐怖。
