苗栗縣頭份警分局今天上午在東河國小附近巡邏時，發現56歲龍姓男子未戴安全帽騎機車經過，員警攔下盤查時，發現機車後方載運以肥料袋覆蓋的不明物品，並傳來陣陣牛樟香氣，掀開一看赫然發現兩塊總重41公斤的牛樟木，被警方依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

龍姓男子供稱，因家境貧困，到山上砍伐牛樟變賣，得知開車運送容易被警方盯上，改用機車分次運下山，卻還是被警方發現，直呼運氣很背。

標題[變髮] 推推推索兒染髮

原本是決定不要在染頭髮了,想順順留黑色的就好,但是某天去洗頭看到自己長新黑髮的頭無法忍受,所以上來板上詢找染髮佳的店家^_^ 先附上一張染前慘係係的照片 http://miupix.cc/pm-B5XCEE 請忽略我那肥嘟嘟的臉謝謝 現在在看真的覺得我那時候頭髮怎麼是長這麼退色!!!!!!我還可以忍受這麼久 看板上雖然評價有好有壞但是我還是想試試看,畢竟有些板友po出來照片也太讓我尬意了拉 跟Soar約好時間我立馬就想飛奔去補染了拉 位於長春路的長春市場附近的二樓,來到這地方才發現,原來我來過這裡染頭髮,也是學姐大力推薦的那家店 一進去位於二樓的soar,一開始會先詢問你是否需寄放包包,或掛外套,親切幫你找好座位後問你需要飲用什麼,首先會先幫你穿上全身像斗蓬的東西,是為了防止染劑滴在身上噢 因為我不想太明顯,雖然是挑染,但礙於我上班場所不能染太誇張顏色,跟我的設計師討論,他很熱心問我是否想漂,原本其實我很想漂亞麻綠的,但後來想想還是算了,這時拿出了好多美麗顏色的色本,歐一眼就看見我想挑染的顏色就是紅色跟橘色,設計師告訴我要不然就染綁起來才看的到的如何,我立馬答應了,這樣既不會太顯眼又有自己的特色 幫我把頭髮分區後,詢問我想中間染什麼顏色,原本中間紅旁邊橘的,後來想說想染紅色很久了,所以改成中間橘旁邊紅,原本我上次的髮色是符合夏天染比較淺的咖啡色,此時他建議我可以染回較深的咖啡色,一方面因為這樣挑染的才看的出特別地方，一方面是因為冬天也快到了所以我頭頂染的則是較暗的咖啡色,首先會先挑染顏色的部份,漂亮的助理先來幫我上頭皮隔離,且跟我解釋這上的過程也會有點涼涼的不適感,提醒我如果有不舒服記得馬上跟他們說 染髮過程中當然有無數次熱情的詢問是否需要加水看電視會不會有不適感等等等之類的服務 我的設計師剛好也有其他的客人來到,但也不會因此忽略了我,過程中也常常來看我顏色上不上的上去,怕不均勻之類的問題,上染劑前也會先說明會有點刺刺不適感,我從下午一點到四點都在店裡,店裡氣氛佳^_^ 經過了兩次染髮,我原本慘係係的頭髮也經過了香香的護髮後也變漂亮了 http://miupix.cc/pm-RCRF0T 因為太開心了直接就在店裡拍起來 http://miupix.cc/pm-1KZ3X5 染完還親切的告知兩天後在洗頭,記得使用染髮專用的洗髮精,要出去時剛好下雨還叫我小心哈哈怕我淋到雨 雖然今天在店裡坐了一整個下午,但是對於在新環境的我沒有緊張反而覺得放鬆,大推soar的專業染護 約好了下次長新髮無法忍受時可立馬預約補染,ya真是太棒了 隔天綁頭髮去上班時大家一直問我去哪裡染的好好看噢,更讓我開心了還介紹了朋友去變美麗的頭髮 最後在附一張好喜歡的照片 http://miupix.cc/pm-GS1IUV 這樣放下來也不會太明顯剛好是我想要的感覺,而且中間橘色偶好喜歡噢 歐忘了跟各位介紹我帥氣的設計師 ----索利,他的英文名字是sorry很酷吧,服務態度親切人又好好噢:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 117.19.156.71

【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市新莊思源路，今天凌晨3時許，一間羊肉爐店發生火警，警消獲報緊急前往救援，新莊分隊長洪文政表示，抵達時火勢已竄出且冒出大量濃煙，緊急破壞鐵門進入救火，約5分鐘將火勢侷限，現場燃燒面積約20平方公尺，疑似為炭火餘溫或電線走火引發火勢，但確切原因仍待釐清。

黃金的避風港地位最近黯然失色，過去兩週美國政府關門、債務可能違約等利空滿天飛，但金價自10月初以來卻仍下挫逾3%。分析人士指出，以資金流向來看，芝加哥選擇權交易所(CBOE)用來衡量市場恐慌氣氛的波動率指數(VIX)似乎成為投資人愛用的避險新寵。

CNBC 16日報導，指數開發商NationsShares總裁兼執行長Scott Nations在接受「Squawk Box」專訪時表示，隨著全球市場日益虛擬化，投資人在動盪中將實體原料商品當成保值或避險標的的需求也逐漸下滑，而在美國，VIX等波動指數已成為民眾想對「末日事件」避險時的最佳選擇。

VIX可衡量市場對未來30天股市波動程度的期望值，當人們預期市場會有短期震盪時，就會作多該項指數，並在預期實現時獲利了結。VIX與標準普爾五百指數呈現反向走勢，在股價下跌時，VIX通常會被投資人視為有效的避險工具。彭博社報價顯示，VIX在10月1-8日期間總計大漲了22.53%、8日當天更攀升至20.34點，之後就開始回軟，至16日美國躲過違約險境時便跌回14.71點。

Nations指出，在10月8日當天，VIX選擇權的交易量衝高至178萬口，而10月16日成交量也高達124萬口，皆遠高於過去30日的平均日成交量(60萬口)。

不過，瑞穗銀行資深經濟學家Vishnu Varathan表示，雖然他也對黃金的避風港地位失去信心，但不確定VIX是否仍取代黃金成為躲避全球經濟風險的工具。Varathan說，VIX只與標準普爾五百指數密切相關，恐怕無法確切反映其他新興市場的變化。

曾在6月底金價跌至本波低點之際喊出「黃金最壞狀況可能已過」的《加特曼投資通訊(The Gartman Letter)》創始人及主編、知名經濟學家加特曼(Dennis Gartman)也要大家知道，黃金其實不是大眾所誤認的避風港。

CNBC、International Business Times報導，加特曼23日在ETF暨基金理財網站IndexUniverse.com舉辦的第六屆「Inside Commodities」會議上指出，黃金根本不是避風港，會這麼說的人要不是自以為懂很多、就是騙子，因為避風港不會在一天之內出現2%的波動。
