【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】香港電影導演會、電影編劇家協會、電影製作行政人員協會等多個組織舉行聯合記者會，抗議政府審批免費電視牌照程序欠缺透明度，對王維基的香港電視不獲發牌感到遺憾，擔心香港創意工業繼續倒退。

電影工作者總會會長吳思遠強調，這次事件並非單單支持某人或某個電視台，他指事件已變成社會事件。他認為目前香港的電視製作一潭死水，無論技術及創意等都落後電影五至七年，而電視行業是電影業的中流砥柱，因為很多導演和演員均由電視行業出身，電影業為良心，有義務發表反對意見，希望為創意工業下一代提供機會。

香港電影導演會會長爾冬陞則對香港電視不獲發牌，深感不滿和疑惑，他認為政府增發免費電視牌照的原意，是要增加電視業的競爭，但審批過程黑箱作業，擔心電視節目質素最終無法提升。他又不滿政府無交代不發牌的理據，打擊行業員工的生計和士氣，此舉亦猶如「逼市民上街」，是非常不智的做法。

最近剛好門號到期想要跟認識的通訊行辦 想請教大家 高階機有哪幾款比較推薦? 有爬過一些文 但還是有點沒頭緒 我的預算大約是SONY Z HTC ONE的價位 而非旗艦機...(我的要求算高階還中高階?) 我其實沒非常注重規格 各家應該不會差異太大... 本來是決定買HTC ONE 但看到 400萬畫素(IP4 500耶)+紫光 有點卻步 我認識的通訊行跟我說這支沒聽過啥報修...而且賣的也不錯 ..可我看網路上報修機率還挺高的..而且這不太算小問題 我目前選項有 SONY Z&HTC ONE 還有什麼推薦的嗎?韓國機不考慮.... 5S太貴 這樣我選擇是不是只剩HTC跟SONY? 如果論CP值跟外觀 不知道大家比較推薦哪款? 最主要用的順手+外型OK就好~個人是很喜歡 HTC ONE設計 很有質感 可是...如果板大們有非買不可的機種推薦也歡迎推薦給我啦 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.57.179 ※ 編輯: transformer8 來自: 111.250.57.179 (10/22 12:05) ※ 編輯: transformer8 來自: 111.250.57.179 (10/22 12:06)

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】希臘警方16日在法撒拉小鎮的吉普賽羅馬營地(Roma)中，發現一名年約4歲金髮藍眼皮膚白皙的小女孩瑪麗亞，警方懷疑小女孩是從北歐或東歐被綁架，已尋求國際刑警協助，查證小女孩的身份，並協尋她的家人。
 
警方當天原是展開突襲行動，緝捕當地毒品交易，意外發現這名小女孩，由於小女孩看起來和當地居民完全不相像，令警方起疑，調查後發現聲稱是小女孩的父母育有14個孩子，這對父母，一是現年39歲的男子和40歲的女子，表示其中6個是在10個月內陸續產下，而且先是表示瑪麗亞是他們撿回來的，後又說是別人給他們的，由於這對男女的證詞前後矛盾，警方以走私人口和綁架幼童逮捕這對男女。

警方表示在這個地方還尋獲逾10名疑似被綁來的兒童，已經分別展開調查，而這起意外尋獲失蹤兒案件，也點燃不少父母希望，特別是2007年在葡萄牙全家旅遊時失蹤的英國女童瑪德蓮麥坎(Madeleine McCann)，近來當地警方再度展開調查依舊沒有結果，但瑪德蓮的父母表示瑪麗亞這起案件，給了他們很大的希望，相信有一天也能尋獲自己的女兒。

根據法新社最新報導指出，涉嫌綁架瑪麗亞的父母律師聲稱，瑪麗亞是因為親生母親養不起她，2009年時將瑪麗亞送給這對父母，雖然沒有辦過正式領養文件，但絕不是綁架或買賣交易而來。

紐約Marketfield AssetManagement LLC董事長兼執行長蕭爾（Michael Shaoul）向彭博電視表示，在企業獲利和美國經濟轉佳下，標準普爾500指數將漲逾1800點。

蕭爾受訪指出：「我們相當看好股票走勢。」「企業獲利表明國內經濟重新加速。（標普500指數）1800點可達。」但他未具體說明時間表。

這項美股基準指數昨收漲至1744.66點，續創新高紀錄，主要因經濟家延緩對美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）何時縮減刺激預期時間，及投資人等待受政府停擺影響而延後公布的美國就業數據出爐。

根據彭博社彙整數據，這家投資顧問公司所屬掌管167億美元的MainStay Marketfield基金今年攀漲15%，過去3年期間，投資報酬超越99%同儕基金。
