網路購物時付費的問題 (20點)

超商取貨付款是這樣的
1.賣家有在拍賣平台申請帳號
2.你在網路購物時不用先去匯款
3.等賣家將東物送交超商後
4.超商會進入物流送貨程序
5.等東西到你指定超商後,會簡訊通知你
6.這時你在去指定超商取貨,付款給店員即可
7.沒有什麼手續,就是取貨,付款而已
8.可以在7天內去取貨都可以
9.錢給店員後,會進入到拍賣平台的付款機制內,過幾週後,錢會進入賣家當出提供的帳戶...

1155的針腳容易斷?

因為最近這一陣子,電腦明顯不穩,想說是不是主板有問題, 就買了塊新版子換下來去送修,結果前兩天把主機版拿去修時, 店員跟我說~CPU座的針腳斷了一根...挖勒~ 他沒說我還沒發現咧,難怪電腦會不穩又當機~ 之前用AMD時,有次換風扇連CPU一起拔起來~結果沒事~ 請問各位有遇過一樣的情形嗎? 台62線靈異路段 2月4起車禍

〔自由時報記者吳昇儒、俞肇福／基隆報導〕基隆市一名何姓男子，今年農曆7月半不幸在台62線東向7.1公里處車禍喪生，肇事的曾姓司機指有聽到一名男子說：「就叫他（死者）不要站在路中間就不信」，但沒看到人；2個月後，該路的6.5至8公里路段竟連續發生4起車禍，2名肇事者曾告訴警方「開到車禍處，車就往右偏，方向盤完全不受控制」。
處理車禍現場的員警私下透露，短短1.5公里的護欄，還沒修好就又被車子撞壞。員警還說，當時何男因駕車撞上內側護欄，車側翻後，何站在內側車道想拿車裡的東西，不幸遭後方來車撞死，員警不禁懷疑是「不知名的力量」心裡毛毛的。
基市警交通隊統計數據發現，短短2個月，台62線（萬瑞快速道路）同路段就發生4起擦撞護欄車禍，最近一起是大前天發生，拖板車衝撞護欄後，險衝入國道一號。
36歲駕駛李裕凱向警方表示，案發時自己行駛在外側車道，開到6.8公里處時，方向盤突然不受控制往護欄衝過去跌落邊坡。
交通隊交安組長李文雄疑似因為雨勢太大導致路面積水，造成水漂作用，才讓車體不受控制。
記者實地查訪發現，外側車道上的確有些微凹陷，公路總局第一區養護工程處景美工務段段長徐志鵬則表示，昨已與工程人員至該路段查看，為解除道路安全疑慮，將在下週重新刨鋪柏油路面。

肥蜥出沒 挺水桶身吐藍舌

【王志弘／台南報導】「有隻好肥的蜥蜴，嘶嘶叫好嚇人！」新市區一家飲料店，今天在倉庫發現一隻吐著藍舌的蜥蜴，雖然動作緩慢，且身軀圓滾滾像個水桶，模樣滑稽可愛，不過發出嘶叫聲嚇壞一票店員，最後只好拿起小垃圾桶「蓋布袋」，通知消防隊前來捕捉。
新市消防隊到場打開鐵籠「請君入甕」，不費吹灰之力就將怪蜥帶回安置。分隊長邱保舜指出，經查這尾是北部藍舌蜥，非保育類動物，為外來種寵物，市價約3000元，研判應是被人棄養，已通報動保處前來處理。
藍舌蜥小檔案
產地：澳洲
外型：鱗甲光滑，四肢短小，體態呈圓桶型，身上分布茶色、黑色和黃色之不規則斑點。體長約50~60公分。
習性：動作遲緩，戒敵性強，遇危急時，會縮扁身軀，四肢向外伸展，張開嘴巴吐出藍色舌頭嚇阻敵人。雜食性，主食蝸牛、昆蟲。
