記者卓君澤／台中報導 統一獅預計推出中職新兵羅錦龍，擔任總冠軍賽第2戰先發投手，「很期待這次大賽，希望能好好享受，加入中職又在總冠軍戰有先發機會，多了使命感、參與感。」 去年在獨立聯盟時，羅錦龍也參與過球隊的冠軍賽，「當時在球隊中繼，角色比較不重要，因此沒有太多參與感。」 加入中職後首場冠軍賽，被安排在第2戰先發，「有3點讓我很開心，一個就是回到台灣就能打總冠軍戰，很期待這種張力很大的比賽，也感謝球團的信任，而且我的角色定位很明確，讓我不僅多了參與感，使命感也增加了。」 羅錦龍例行賽19場先發出賽，繳出10勝4敗、防禦率3.64，「例行賽有達到勝投雙位數，總冠軍賽不會去想太多，要把強度當成跟例行賽一樣。」 例行賽結束後，相隔了10天時間才進行總冠軍賽，讓羅錦龍不大習慣，「在國外其實都會例行賽結束，接著就打季後賽，不會休那麼久時間，對選手多多少少都會有影響，自己是在練習賽有投2局，感覺有回到軌道。」

桃園地景廣場藝術節第2天逾33萬次

桃園縣地景廣場藝術節今天假日加上好天氣，各展區再吸引大批人潮，總計超過33萬人次；黃色小鴨區最夯約20萬人次，「點點─生命足跡」、蓮花、范姜祖堂、水巷、稻米博物館等展區都有上萬人次。

記者邱明玉／綜合報導 蒙藏委員會103年度預算遭民進黨立委陳其邁踢爆，人事費竟是業務費10倍，陳其邁遭痛批全天下最誇張的部會，非蒙藏委員會莫屬。根本是「肥貓部會」。 陳其邁攤開蒙藏委員會明年度預算書指出，其正職員工五十八人、非正職員工十一人，全年預算總計九千一百餘萬元，其中人事費用八千兩百二十餘萬元，業務費用八百零五萬元。他將提案凍結蒙藏委員會相關預算，並建議直接廢除蒙藏委員會。 立法院預算中心的預算評估報告也指出，蒙藏委員會的業務及功能皆萎縮，且根據行政院組織法修正方向，蒙藏委員會將移撥併入陸委會，蒙藏委員會全部員工僅六十九人，人事費用卻高達八千兩百二十四萬元，要求檢討人力配置，並建議遇缺不補。 蒙藏委員會代理委員長陳明仁回應表示，蒙藏委員會人事費八千兩百多萬元是依法編列，由於委員有許多職缺凍結、遇缺不補，所以預計最後會用的金額約七千多萬元，剩下都會繳回國庫；但他坦言，蒙藏會人事費所占比例的確偏高，盼立院支持組改，以改善這些問題。

記者洪偵源／桃園報導 國內業餘排名第一的新生代好手程思嘉，一直以轉職業為最大夢想，原本一心一意衝職業，在多方建議下，為不讓人生留下遺憾，也興起念大學的想法。 「轉職業是我打高爾夫最大的夢想，以前很多人建議我該去念大學，我都聽不進去。」程思嘉說，一直被勸說之下，想法也慢慢改變，「我不希望有一天回頭看，我的人生只有打球。」 在台巡賽以業餘選手身份奪冠，程思嘉的職業賽經驗，算是國內4位參加LPGA台灣賽的選手中最豐富的一位，但這一回LPGA巡迴賽的體驗，也給了她震撼教育。 「有嚇到，原來自己也會打這麼多桿。」程思嘉說，對這成績並不滿意，尤其自己對揚昇球場如此熟悉，連風勢都瞭如指掌，卻還打不好，她這四輪繳出78、85、76、76的成績。 這成績也表示比賽中遭遇不少挫折，卻也讓她學會情緒管理等心理層面上的調適，「我會感覺好像陷入一個坑洞中，怎樣也爬不出去，但我覺得打得差不是壞事，都會有收穫。」 (接下一頁)
