【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本福島縣外海昨（26日）凌晨發生地震規模7.1強震，日本氣象廳認為這是2011年311強震的一次餘震，屬於海溝外緣型的地震。《產經新聞》稱，30年內還有可能發生規模8的海底強震。

日本氣象廳表示，這種海溝外緣型的地震因為距離陸地較遠，一般人感受到的搖晃程度不大，但卻容易引發大型海嘯。氣象廳稱，昨天的地震是311震災後，首次發生規模7以上的海溝外緣型強震。

《產經新聞》報導，日本政府的地震調查委員會曾經表示，30年內日本外海有4%到7%的機率發生規模8的海溝外緣型強震。氣象廳的地震預報人員也認為無法排除這種可能性。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】昨天晚間9時許，三重區永安北路2段發生一起大樓火警，大樓住戶發現火警時，走道上已經全部都是火煙，趕緊將房門關起來打電話報警等待救援，警消抵達後將火勢順利撲滅，但仍有3名住戶遭濃煙嗆傷送醫，警方調閱監視器發現，火警意外乃人為縱火。
 
警方調閱大樓監視器發現，畫面中7樓的走道安全梯突然冒出一隻手，然後丟擲汽油彈到走道上，瞬間走道馬上陷入火海，嫌犯在縱火後立即逃離現場，目前警方已掌握縱火的嫌犯身分，將調閱其他監視器畫面追查縱火犯到案。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】正所謂螳螂捕蟬、黃雀在後，在墨西哥有隻狡滑海獅，竟然從後面偷襲，把新釣起來的魚一口叼走。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，墨西哥有2位民眾，正開心的抱著2條戰利品拍照留念時，突然一隻海獅從船頭竄了出來，直接往其中一條魚尾咬下拖進海中。整個過程不到2秒。

當地民眾表示，這隻海獅已經在當地犯下多起「偷竊案」，早已經惡名昭彰，不過被全程拍下，倒還是第一回。

【陳詩璧／綜合報導】萬聖節要到了，不少樂園、餐廳舉辦活動，手機App也推出相關系列的設計，沒想到就有人因此被嚇到．上海一名徐姓男子，前天下載一款「鬼屋夢魘」的鎖碼App，準備拿來嚇朋友，結果先嚇到妻子，導致她四肢發抖說不出話來，最後還得送醫．

根據今日《香港蘋果》報導，這名徐先生平時在朋友圈裡喜歡惡作劇，才會把手機推薦的萬聖節程式下載下來，結果前天晚上，妻子打開先生的手機，當場被鬼影跟呼叫．嚇到呈現半昏迷狀態，必須送醫急救．徐先生表示，當時只是想嚇嚇朋友跟同事，沒想到，事情會變得這麼嚴重．
