【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國網友近日上傳一段虐童影片，片中一名年約4歲男童不知犯了什麼錯誤，竟遭母親在陽台不斷用毛巾抽打，之後甚至抱起男童，作勢要將他丟下樓。

受到驚嚇的男童不斷嚎哭，但狠媽並未罷休，竟抓提男童左腳，讓他繼續倒掛在陽台外，待狠媽怒氣稍消，才將男童帶進屋內。這名母親虐兒過程被對面鄰居全程拍下，網友痛罵狠媽行為過火。

【黎百代/桃園報導】黃色小鴨昨預定下午4時進行下水作業，但因風勢過大，原預計今清晨才進行作業，昨晚間9時50分許，風勢突然變小，作業人員趁機先進行洩氣作業，將小鴨體內三部鼓風機停止後，花了40分鐘，小鴨在昨晚間10時30分許洩氣完畢，預計今清晨5時進行下水及充氣作業，讓小鴨回到新屋後湖塘展出。

【法庭中心／台北報導】立委廖正井質詢檢察總長黃世銘說，你被起訴是一世英名毀於一旦，你說北檢竟然屈服壓力，感覺如何？黃世銘說，內心感受，不足為外人道。
 
廖正井追問起訴內容哪一點不對？黃世銘說「沒法接受」，並反咬北檢每次辦案都召開記者會也違反。
 
廖正井虧黃世銘說，你被起訴有唯一收穫？黃世銘答不曉得，廖正井表示，就是過去檢察官被批判濫權起訴，這次讓你自己體會，體會當人內心煎熬；廖正井以大是大非、哪一名委員支持你為由要求黃下台，黃回以「我沒有錯、堅持到底」。

這篇文章是來問問題的 因為其他發文的人都有帶到疑問點了 我只是個普通球迷也沒啥好補充的 獨立轉播權 獨立轉播權可以看成是球團的自由球員制 為什麼???? 自由球員可以讓市場公平的競爭 因此球員可以取得更符合身價的酬勞 球員也會因此更努力提升自我 因為球員知道 他的每次揮棒 他的每次投球 都是在為了未來打拼 盡而提升整個聯賽的程度 獨立轉播權也是如此 今天是緯來獨家給轉播權利金 然後球團平分 球團不管經營球迷好或不好 拿到的都是這些錢 末期的中信跟興農不會因為惡搞少拿轉播權利金 但是在獨立的轉播權下 特定球隊出場收視率會變的比現在"更重要" 我一值認為獨立轉播權是必須走的路 就好像自由球員一樣 他才能促使球團更努力的經營球迷 而要經營球迷 就必須在球場 球員跟球迷的福利 球隊競爭力 著手 但是矛盾的是 台灣只有第四台頻道業者是區域的 如果今天lamigo已經成功到全桃園的棒球迷都是lamigo迷 也假設其它五隊皆是如此成功(我先假設台灣未來合理會有六隊職業隊) 也因此在現狀 如果lamigo成功 對整體的收視率可能不會是好事 國外有區域的電視台 不是每場都全國轉播 假設有屬於桃園的電視台轉播 那轉播權利金就非常好談 甚至可以看成獨立轉播權跟屬地經營相輔相成的好處 但是今天沒有 今天是有能力轉播的都是全國頻道 如果每個球團的屬地經營都很成功在當地有百分百的支持率 在棒球觀賽人口固定沒變多的情況下 沒錯你拿到了特定區域的所有球迷 但是全國統計下的收視率很可能反而會低落............. 而這很有可能影響球團的招商情況 不曉得有沒有鄉民可以解答我的疑惑??? -- 超級喜歡郭嚴文 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.233.20.219
