據大陸政府網消息，大陸中央政治局常委、國務院總理李克強主持召開經濟形勢座談會，聽取專家學者和企業負責人對當前經濟形勢和今後經濟工作的意見和建議。

根據中新網報導，座談會上，來自宏觀經濟、金融等不同領域的專家學者圍繞大陸國內外經濟形勢和明年走勢談了看法，來自造船、汽車、電子商務等行業的企業負責人就當前企業生產經營、行業發展及對下一步的預期發表了意見。大家認為，今年以來在複雜嚴峻的國際國內環境下，大陸經濟能夠實現穩中向好，實屬不易。面對複雜形勢，不搞短期刺激，統籌當前長遠，創新宏觀調控方式收到積極成效。李克強說，這其中也凝聚著廣大專家學者的智慧和身處一線企業主動適應市場、加快轉型創新的積極努力。

座談中，大家暢所欲言，李克強認真傾聽，不時與他們就下一步發展深入互動交流。他說，當前臨近年終歲末，是做好今年工作『收官』和為明年良好開局打基礎的關鍵時刻。大家都提到，明年形勢依然錯綜複雜。在這種情況下，如何準確判斷和把握走勢，合理確定經濟發展目標和政策取向，需要發揚民主，廣泛聽取意見，作出科學決策。要看到，目前大陸經濟已進入新的發展階段，維持過去那樣的高速增長已不現實，但發展是解決一切問題的基礎。作為13億人口的大國，沒有一定的發展速度支撐，許多困難和問題尤其是保就業就難以解決。因此，我們要在必要和可能之間、在轉型升級與保持合理增長速度之間，找到一個『黃金平衡點』，使增長保持在合理區間，保證較為充分的就業，同時要加快結構調整，著力提質增效，使大陸經濟行穩致遠。

發言中，大家紛紛提到一些重大改革舉措對經濟發展的積極作用。李克強說，要實現穩增長、調結構、促轉型，歸根到底要靠全面深化改革。要靠改革促發展、靠改革調結構，使改革發展成果惠及全體人民。當前，改革還有很大空間，破解制約經濟社會發展難題，特別是擴大消費、鼓勵民間投資、保障基本民生等，都要靠改革來推動。不改革就沒有出路。現在改革已進入深水區，要闖險灘，必然要觸動利益，為了全體人民的根本利益和經濟持續健康發展，我們必須義無反顧、奮力向前，敢於打破固有利益格局，堅定不移、循序漸進地推進各項改革。

李克強強調，做好經濟工作，給社會、給企業、給投資者以長期穩定的預期，十分重要。希望專家學者和企業家在這方面發揮獨特作用，用豐富的專業知識和對市場的切身感受，多為發展改革提供建議，多向社會作科學解讀，以增進共識、凝聚力量，共同把改革和發展的事辦好，讓廣大人民的日子過得更好。

【大紀元2013年11月04日訊】（大紀元記者李雙報導）繼鄂爾多斯房地產泡沫破滅後，溫州正在上演泡沫破滅「進行時」，昔日溫州「炒房團」變「棄房團」等棄房現象日漸加劇。

溫州銀監部門證實，在斷供「棄房」者中，有近半與企業經營有關，溫州實體經濟持續不振是棄房主要原因。更有當地企業家稱，最壞的時期還沒有到來。

不久前，大陸論壇上曝光中共內部預警「房價要崩盤」110城市名單，溫州位列第二，是繼鄂爾多斯去年三月房價跌去90%全盤崩潰後，第二個正在崩盤的城市，房價還在不斷下跌。目前溫州房價普遍跌了近30%，眾多高端樓盤房價腰斬，受此影響，部份購房者停止支付按揭貸款「棄房」而逃，昔日溫州「炒房團」變為「棄房團」。

斷供加劇 法院上淘寶拍賣「棄房」

《中國證券報》10月30日報導，最近，溫州鹿城區法院將司法拍賣搬上了淘寶網，做起「掌櫃」，專拍賣房產和名車。

據悉，一處標的為「溫州鹿城區九州大廈1幢415室」的房產在10月29日上午9時許，被溫州鹿城區法院資產處置搬上淘寶網進行拍賣。市場評估價為144.3萬元，起拍價為95萬元，叫價26次，最後以124萬元成交。

不僅溫州鹿城區法院在淘寶進行司法拍賣，溫州市中級法院以及溫州轄區內其他區縣的法院也在網上進行司法拍賣。

溫州「棄房」近半與企業資金鏈斷裂有關

11月2日，陸媒《經濟觀察報》報導，2013年7月，溫州法院進入司法處置程序的房產有1.8萬套，按每套平均100平米算就是180萬平米，這已經是溫州兩到三年的新房供應量。

報導稱，這些從司法途徑新增的房源，部份是企業正常破產後受法院查封、拍賣的房產，也有一部份是主動「斷供房」。隨著房價持續下跌，部份在房價高位時購房的投資者，其貸款餘額出現高於抵押物市值的情況，從而主動斷供「棄房」。

此前溫州銀監部門證實，溫州斷供房現象的確存在，但指房價「腰斬」（跌一半）並非斷供主因，經營者資金困難才是根本原因。據當地銀監部門測算，溫州借款人資金鏈斷裂形成不良的房屋抵押貸款約為23.74億元，佔全部房屋抵押貸款不良餘額的46.14%。換句話說，在溫州斷供「棄房「者中，有近半是與企業經營有關。

企業家：最壞時期還沒到來

《經濟觀察報》報導稱，溫州經濟目前仍處於債務危機、房產泡沫、實體經濟轉型的困頓交織中。在上世紀90年代，曾經是溫州名片的電器、打火機、制鞋、服裝等傳統產業目前都處於萎縮狀態。

9月25日，中共國務院調研組趕赴溫州，連夜約見當地主要的商協會負責人、企業主和經濟學者，摸底溫州樓市斷供、互保圈、金改政策落地和中小企業經營的真實情況。

溫州中小企業促進會會長周德文表示，溫州民間借貸危機以來，中小企業資金鏈出現斷裂，6月份銀行錢荒，使得步履維艱的中小企業融資更加困難，如果改革依然無法觸及打破壟斷這一核心問題，溫州實體經濟可能還會出現向下的「拐點」，對房地產產生重要影響。

溫州市經濟學會會長馬津龍認為，溫州實體經濟還沒有變好的趨勢。

一位不願公開姓名的溫州企業家稱，最壞的時期還沒有到來。

（中央社記者李宇政台北3日電）殺進世青羽賽男單決賽，小將王子維已經為台灣寫下新頁，可惜今天搶金表現失常，打來綁手綁腳，無緣再將紀錄堆高。

在泰國曼谷舉行的2013年世界青年羽球錦標賽，王子維終場以11比21、12比21敗給韓國選手許（人光）熙，屈居銀牌。

中華羽球健兒在世青表現最佳為「羽球精靈」鄭韶婕於2004年的女單金牌，當時她和李勝木也斬獲混雙銅牌；1996年黃世忠╱簡佑旬、2011年黃柏睿╱林家佑分別獲得男雙銀牌。

這次王子維銀牌入袋，改寫2007年盧紀遠、2009年許仁豪、2012年許瑞廷男單銅牌的紀錄。

王子維今年7月亞青混團曾和許（人光）熙交手過一次，當時兩人鏖戰3局、激戰50分鐘，王子維才以21比8、18比21、22比20驚險勝出。

有上回的交戰經驗，王子維評估決賽將會是場硬仗，但戰況完全出乎意料之外。

「表現不如預期，近冠情怯讓自己綁手綁腳，打出本屆最差的一場球」。王子維坦言，心理上放不開，主動失誤太多，拿手的殺球上網也失效，網前球怎麼放都放不進。

改變戰術也無法有效反擊，讓王子維越打越沒信心而輸掉比賽。他表示，很遺憾沒有完成奪金目標，對不起支持他的人，未來會更努力打出佳績來回報大家。

18歲的王子維年紀輕輕卻已經締造台灣羽壇許多紀錄，包括亞、世青國手選拔賽22戰全勝，以及6度封王「完全制霸」的成績。

另外，全中運、青少年盃、全國團體賽，以及剛結束的全運會，王子維也都已經陸續收下冠軍獎盃，未來只剩下全國排名賽、全大運2項國內大賽等著他去挑戰。1021103

（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北三日電）為完整記錄半世紀以來國軍捍衛南海疆土，維護國家主權的艱辛歷程，國防部最新出版《南疆屏障．南海駐防官兵訪問紀錄》乙書，書中透過十八位曾經參與重新駐防與後來駐守島上官兵現身說法，期能引領讀者瞭解國軍長年致力固守國土南疆的耕耘與奉獻，彰顯國軍守疆衛土決心。

　國防部政務辦公室史政編譯處歷時近一年時間，完成《南疆屏障．南海駐防官兵訪問紀錄》一書出版，內容主要以人物訪談為主軸，同時參考國軍史料及有關書籍編成，內容詳盡，可使民眾共同見證國軍官兵在複雜情勢環境下，堅守崗位達成使命過程。

　其中，該書特別收錄民國卅五年時任中業艦艦長的前海軍副總司令李敦謙中將，撰寫的「艱險定疆奇功立—進駐南沙群島紀實」內容，說明當時海軍官兵如何穿越惡劣海象，順利在抗戰勝利後重登太平島的艱險經過，並以此作為當年國軍最早前往收復南沙群島的證明。

　此外，國防部長嚴明在書中序文強調，早期駐守東沙島與太島的國軍官兵，均能自立自強竭誠為國奉獻，成就南海屏障，其堅定守護國土忠貞志節，殊值肯定及嘉勉；嚴部長也以此期許全體官兵應緬懷與傳承前輩堅忍奮發的愛國情操，做國家安全最堅強後盾。
