標題[閒聊] 倒扣薪水壓倒我心中最後一根稻草

文長 如有不妥，懇請指教 :) 不才小妹我待在一家鳥鳥的家族企業 (詳情可以至careerlady版觀看 我在家族企業的甘苦談 今天收到近一年來覺得最晴天霹靂的薪資條 由剛開始的氣憤轉為心寒... 大概是這樣的，小家族企業實在真的沒制度我也知道 請個假囉哩巴說問東問西還要你on call 之前公司還沒改制度(?)前 不管請什麼假(管你婚喪喜慶病假)一律一天都扣1K...其實這點我就覺得很不合理了) 不過我是個算蠻盡責的人 非必要真的不會請假 抱病也會去上班Q_Q 所以改制前我只被扣過500塊 請半天假去看醫生Orz 直到改制後 公司美其名說要加我們2K全勤獎金 但請一天假改扣2K 其實會計當時的說法跟我後來扣薪有很大的出入.... 上個月因為有事迫不得已請了3天假 然後我的薪資就被倒扣了8K.... 怎麼算的呢? 我下班後私底下問會計才知道 全勤是只要我有請假 2K就沒有了 外加請假的天數 一天算2K倒扣底薪... 如果是以最先前會計跟我說的扣薪方法 請假一天扣1K薪水再扣1K全勤 請假兩天 等於全勤扣光再扣2k 請三天就是5k(2k全勤扣掉再扣掉3個工作天) 一直以為是全薪(底薪+2k全勤) 扣假.....我真是太天真了 總之收到薪資條後就是 底薪倒扣6k....好痛......... 就是變相不準我請假就是了......Orz 原本想說應該還有什麼可以讓我留下來的理由 在這家公司也學到很多 自己獨立經手的大小案子也不少了 自己替公司創造多少效益自己很清楚 但實質的被回饋有多少?恩? 我還真的不知道... 帳面上看起來我的薪水是比新鮮人高一些體面一些 但扣掉周休根本差不多.... 我難過:( 只好怒開 奴工銀行丟履歷了... -- 上帝為你關上一扇門後還會再放條狗咬你 上帝為你開另一扇窗後還會再踹你一腳讓你摔下樓 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.78.209

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】《華爾街日報》中文版報導，中國網路公司找尋美國投機機會，騰訊擁有高達50億美元現金，目前希望參與美國訊息應用公司Snapcha投資機會，估計金額將達40億美元。
 
Snapchat成立僅兩年，目前尚無營收。騰訊現金來源主要來自社交網路和網路游戲業務，先前已經參與美國電子商務網站Fab.com 約1.5億美元融資案。

根據「亞洲周刊」這期報導，西安事變主角之一的楊虎城將軍，其孫子楊瀚二度寫信給國民黨主席馬英九，表示楊虎城遭國民黨迫害、殺害，要求馬英九公開檔案並平反。國民黨表示，目前尚未收到信件，但楊虎城歷史定位很清楚，也沒有平反恢復名譽的問題。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】綜觀台灣藝人在中國發展，「四爺」吳奇隆傳每集行情飆到70至80萬元人民幣（約337萬到385萬元台幣），單價最高、年收入粗估約5億元台幣，連3年登上戲劇吸金排行榜榜首。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，林心如、霍建華年收入逾2億元，分居2、3名，第4名安以軒去年沉潛半年，今年發憤拍戲、廣告及接活動，年收入約1億9440萬元台幣，何潤東也多產捲1.68億為第5名。
