我25歲女，是因為覺得應該要養成固定運動習慣(為了未來的健康)而開始運動

 從前我很排斥運動非常討厭，
 因為體能差，柔軟度又是全班最差，本身又有貧血
 血液循環(血液回流的功能比一般正常人差一點)

 
 現在出社會的工作是完全在電腦前一整天

 運動的目的只是為了健康，不是為了減肥

目前已經開始每週有1天的瑜珈課程
已經持續一個月了(應該會一直一直持續下去

但我在想是不是不夠?應該要在加個跑步之類的
一週一天 

時間上因為星期一~五要上班
瑜珈免強排了週三
想說跑步就排在假日

這樣的運動量適合嗎?
或者有其他的運動類型建議?
