最近大東藝術園區的對面 也就是國父紀念館的外面 那個馬路上為什麼都有架兩三部攝影機? 然後對著路過去的車子拍 有兩三個人在旁邊的桌子上用筆電在那邊看 那到底是在做什麼的阿這樣沒侵犯隱私嗎? 旁邊也沒像挖馬路那樣寫哪個單位的告示牌 執行人員也都穿著便服 不知道有沒有人知道? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.40.105

【陳宏瑞／高雄報導】高市一名涂姓男子日前生日當天沒收到生日禮物，到加油站加油時，竟趁機偷走郭姓女加油員的生日禮物，警方花了3天調閱監視錄影畫面，才鎖定涂男犯案，順利追回郭女的生日禮物。
 
警方調查，涂姓男子（23歲）10月29日生日當天，因為沒收到任何生日禮物心情鬱卒，當天上午11點多他騎機車到旗山區延平二路一家加油站加油、上廁所後，發現一旁的機車把手上掛著一個紙袋，裡面有一個包裝精美的手表，就順手偷走。紙袋主人郭姓女加油員正在幫客人洗車，紙袋內是朋友專程送過來的手錶生日禮物，她都還來不及打開就被偷了，心情沮喪不已。
 
旗尾派出所警員楊國樞得知後，清查附近監視器，逐一比對特徵後，鎖定一名涂姓男子涉嫌，並在3天把他帶回派出所。涂男偵訊時表示，自己沒有偷過東西，只是想嘗試偷竊的快感，而行竊當天剛好是自己生日，所以才偷取別人的禮物來送給自己，警方在訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送。

話說~我在台北忠孝sogo週年慶第一天就立刻殺去了 因為人真得爆炸多.第一站就先靠艾杜紗 當天人真得很多. 很久沒逛忠孝sogo的我算是有被嚇到 艾杜紗當天櫃姐人也比平常多一點 每個幾乎都在各個角落等著幫客人介紹產品 我想問的BB粉露那邊超多人的 害我擠不進去 後來剛好一個櫃姐結完帳立刻被我抓過來 我是先說我想看底妝 她問了我喜歡什麼妝感?我就直接表明我想看BB粉露啦~~ 她說這罐超級多人問的 今天光是她自己就遇到至少10個客人說要看 她都快背起來了XD 不過她還是蠻耐心回應我的所有問題~ 包含遮瑕力好嗎?保濕效果?會不會長痘?還有防曬的問題那類 得到的答案是~ 這罐其實防曬係數蠻高的有spf35 遮瑕力要看個人接受程度 櫃姐也很直接說了當然不會像粉底液那麼厲害 但是毛孔是可以成功遮掉的 然後這罐主打保濕 所以如果有用過它們家保濕bb霜的話 這罐保濕力是差不多 然後控油效果又更好 我想說遮瑕力我也沒再追求太完美的 夠遮毛孔就夠了 加上當天試用質地覺得很好推~ 就買一組bb粉露特惠組 有卸妝油和護唇精華液的 還得到一張星巴克兌換券XD 總之第一站還算不賴~ 最近越來越喜歡買艾杜紗 感覺它們家送的都很有誠意 櫃姐服務也不錯~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.45.210

民進黨立委許添財、邱志偉，和文化大學董事長張鏡湖一同召開記者會，指出台中市長胡志強兼任文化大學董事，但卻不依規定出席校董會，從民國98年2月到102年2月召開41次會議中，胡志強就缺席了35次，影響校務運作。

文大董事長張鏡湖指出，召開41次會議中，胡志強就缺席了35次，造成15次董事會流會，今年起新的一屆董事會更是4次會議全部缺席，教育部兩次評鑑委員，都認為這個是文大校務的重大缺失，胡志強請假理由都是「因故」，張鏡湖質疑，無論公務員或老師學生，「可不可以簡簡單單講因故而不說明理由請假？」

另外張鏡湖指出，今年新董事選舉完後，將名單報到教育部，才發現胡志強擔任台中市長，應經行政院核准，但胡志強卻自行核准，使新董事會拖延成立，造成原校長吳萬益任期到期，無法參選連任，張鏡湖批評，「為什麼因為胡志強的事情，造成校長不能連任競選？」認為胡志強已不適任。另外他點名同樣是董事的立法院副院長洪秀柱，也常缺席董事會。
