奉行白人至上 美殺人犯伏法

奉行「白人至上」主義的連續殺人犯佛蘭克林（Joseph Paul Franklin）今天在密蘇里州伏法；這是密蘇里州近3年來首度執行死刑。

美聯社報導，63歲的佛蘭克林於1977年至1980年間，在全美各地殺害多名非裔及猶太人；他今天為1977年在聖路易市（St. Louis）郊區猶太教堂外狙擊槍殺猶太人高登（Gerald Gordon），在邦特爾市（Bonne Terre）州立監獄伏法。

佛蘭克林還因在全國犯下另外7起謀殺案遭定罪，他宣稱自己曾殺害多達20人。

美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，美國法官今天准許暫緩處決這名連續殺人犯，但在幾個小時後，上訴法院又解除了暫緩行刑。

當局原定19日晚注射毒液處決佛蘭克林，然而，就在行刑前幾個小時，法官同意暫緩行刑。佛蘭克林因種族仇恨連續殺害多人。

密蘇里州1名法官同意暫緩行刑，裁定注射戊巴比妥（pentobarbital）「致死，會帶來不必要痛苦」的風險很高。

CNN報導，美國聯邦第八巡迴上訴法院（8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals）裁定，佛蘭克林的律師並未提供足夠證據，證明應該暫緩執行死刑。

福特推新小型SUV，搶攻台灣休旅市場

看好占台灣車市約15%的SUV市場，福特今（20）日發表排氣量僅1500 C.C.的全新小型休旅車---Ford Ecosport，最低售價約69.9萬元，全力搶攻都會年輕族群。該公司表示，在Ecosport正式導入產品線後，整個福特在台販售的休旅車更趨完整，全力往市占第三名衝刺。

福特表示，小型、跨界休旅市場是未來汽車產業的趨勢，而就台灣市場來說，SUV車型占比約在15%，且未來仍有成長空間。因此，繼中型SVU Ford Kuga之後，公司特別進口排氣量僅1500 C.C.的Ford Ecosport，盼望能以其僅69.9萬元的入門售價，獲取更多SUV市場市占率，並在整體休旅車產品線更加完備後，全力在三年內達到市占率第三名的目標。

Ford Ecosport搭載1.5L 汽油引擎，及6速手自排系統，油耗約為14.9 Km/L（歐規），馬力約112匹、扭力達14.27公斤米。共分為都會時尚型、都會尊貴型兩款，售價分別為69.9萬元、74.9萬元。

標題[普雷]盲探觀後感(有雷)

好久沒看電影了,(那些沒劇情內容的不算),今天在家閒來沒事, 看廣告一直看到金馬五十的宣傳,又看到數字電視台的鄭秀文訪問, 才想到有一部最近華仔的電影漏看了,哈哈,沒錯,就是盲探啦 所以去賣場買了零嘴之後就開心的到電腦面前欣賞華仔的演技啦 其實我看電影前一向不太深究電影的影評的,我幾乎都是看演員選片的, 再加上大概了解一下劇情就衝了.(喜劇片看票房除外) ok,不瞞大家說,基本上看到這兩位男女主角我會猜想到片子大概脫離不了一點 浪漫喜劇的感覺,但是看完之後才發現我大大的錯了,因為整片大概就一兩分鐘的 小小浪漫吧. 我不是很清楚導演想要給觀眾的感覺是什麼,但是整部片看下來我的感覺事有點沉重的. 擁擠的群眾,衣衫不整的肥肚男,出軌的老婆,哀求的低姿態,通水管的鹽酸,報復的心情, 黑黑舊舊的大樓角落,等等,這是一開始還不那麼明顯的黑色元素在電影中. 中間銜接了男女主角相遇相識以及管穿本片主軸的發生(尋找小敏)的緣由. 後來從殮房的兇殺,黑白的畫面,小敏的悲慘身世,割腕,分手,失心瘋的剪頭髮, 痛哭,酒醉,失蹤女一排排黑白的站在室內,到陳廣荒涼的住處,神經病的背景,髒亂 腐敗的住處,(還有突然想到小敏外婆誇張的外表打扮及瘋狂的行徑),腐爛的屍體, 骷髏頭,酒缸等,一直到最後小敏殺人的悲劇和自己最後面目猙獰的表情等(還有男主角 悲慘的經歷,暴躁的脾氣,計較的個性),整部片看起來都相當的沉重,但或許也是導演 和編劇成功的地方吧. 用戲謔的方式描繪了劇中許多主角的身世背景和遭遇, 穿插一些黑色的元素, 達到他想表達的{執著會導致心盲}的意念. 不過就可惜了華仔的演技了啦,(無間道真的好好看@_@),演這麼一個貪小便宜的 脾氣暴躁的人真是大材小用惹(※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.88.138

【方翊倩／綜合報導】最新調查，台灣有半數人擔心罹癌，而最害怕就是大腸直腸癌，飲食西化加上運動量不足，已嚴重威脅中壯年朋友。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，大腸直腸癌的發生，與飲食及家族遺傳很有關聯，林口長庚大腸直腸肛門外科主任陳進勛提供了一個研究觀察，日本人大腸直腸癌發生率不高，但夏威夷日裔美人，大腸直腸癌發生率增加，這與西式飲食有很大關係。美國研究發現，接受大腸鏡及瘜肉切除術可減少大腸直腸癌的發生率，而良好的飲食習慣，如運動、避免腹圍過大、不抽菸等，可降低二成三的罹癌風險。
