外長：甘比亞對台欠款 還款付息均正常

外交部長林永樂今天赴立法院就「台甘斷交始末及後續處理情形」進行專案報告。立法委員蔡煌瑯質詢時要求外交部應立刻對甘比亞提出國際訴訟，要求甘比亞將所有和我國申請的貸款立即返還。
蔡煌瑯還說，過去台灣有七、八個斷交國，總共欠了台灣5、6億美元，質疑外交部若不打國際官司，將被人家當凱子。

難逃法眼！ 上賓館遇臨檢 毒藏胸罩被逮

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】一名已婚陳姓清潔工(32歲)帶著小9歲的盧姓女子到賓館吸毒，警方上門臨檢，陳男趕緊將吸管丟到垃圾桶，另將2小包安毒及玻璃球吸食器塞在盧女胸罩，陳自以為可躲過臨檢，大方開門。
警方找到吸管，又看到盧女表情不安，直覺毒品在盧女身上，找來女警，盧女見瞞不了，只好將安毒及吸食器從胸罩內拿出，供稱是陳男免費供應，警方不排除盧女以身體來換取毒品，全案今依毒品罪嫌送辦。

金馬50好評多 蔡康永宣布不再主持

娛樂中心／綜合報導 第50屆金馬獎由蔡康永一人獨挑大樑，已主持7次金馬獎頒獎典禮的他，表現沉穩，評價褒多於貶，有網友說：「他沒有把場面搞得太娛樂性，而是在值得紀念的50周年，幫所有年紀的人回憶這光彩的50年。」但蔡康永昨卻表示：「以後不會再主持金馬獎典禮。」
蔡康永和劉德華傳有十年心結，日前甚至爆出金馬獎不可能同台，頒獎典禮上，蔡康永與劉德華同台破冰，以及和黃渤鬥嘴，成為當晚的亮點，另外他與台下明星互動時，直接跳過文化部長龍應台和台北市長郝龍斌，把光芒聚焦在明星身上，頗受好評。 其實蔡康永2年前就說過不再主持金馬，今年是被侯孝賢、李烈等好友說服，他說：「今年真的是遇到金馬50周年，我眾望所歸，大家來逼我，我只好接了。」已主持7屆金馬獎的他，自認無法再玩出新意，希望把機會讓給新人。

阮經天身體不適 失禮缺席帝后合照挨批

第50屆金馬獎前晚落幕，最大獎「最佳影片」特地安排40位歷屆帝、后同台頒獎，86歲的盧燕、74歲的凌波等坐滿全場5小時，不過影帝陳松勇和阮經天（小天）明明人到了，最後卻沒上台，原來兩人身體微恙提前離開。
根據《蘋果日報》報導，在最後經典時刻，患有糖尿病的陳松勇，在頒完最佳導演後，因血糖降低頭昏，由大會派車送他回家，陳松勇昨說：「我下午4點多就到會場，一直沒吃東西，加上行動不方便，也沒去上廁所，11點左右血糖降低，我心臟沒力，頭有點昏，就趕快回家。」後來回家吃了點糖，喝了湯，身體才比較好一些，並認為今年的表演節目很簡潔，蔡琴表演最好。
31歲的小天同樣以身體不適為由，缺席帝后合照，但《蘋果》報導，他前天走星光紅毯時精神奕奕，最後卻先離開，缺席經典時刻，顯得失禮，經紀人阿濬昨表示：「小天也很想留下來參與那時刻，但是後來因為身體不舒服，再加上隔天一早要馬上飛到金門拍新戲，是情緒很重的戲，他怕自己狀態不好，所以不得已才先離開。」
根據《中國時報》報導，負責製播的台視昨表示，在工作人員設置座位時，才得知兩位影帝已離場，緊急撤掉了兩張椅子。

黃貫中揚言弒父 張衛健勸放下仇恨

香港樂手黃貫中22日在微博發文控訴父親長期家暴，在他小時候拿刀砍母親，現在也會打他老婆朱茵，讓他放話殺父，張衞健昨在微博談起父親拋妻棄子，疑似藉由自身經驗奉勸黃要放下。
黃貫中去年4月跟香港性感女神朱茵結婚，22日一早在微博發文掀起家暴醜聞，他在文中透露父親喜好酒色，長期對母親暴力相向，現在甚至也打他老婆朱茵，讓他無法忍受。他放話，「如果你想再打我老母、我老婆，我怕自己會變成自己的殺父仇人。」黃貫中在微博放話完，便失去聯絡。
而同樣來自破碎家庭的張衛健，在微博分享自身經驗，「我爸多年前拋妻棄子，我媽當然是充滿了恨意！可是這種情緒維持了沒幾年，我們問起老爸的事情她都能從容回答，這就證明了她能放下！放下的秘訣是Forgive（原諒）而不是Forget（忘記）！」看似要黃貫中放下仇恨，但他接受《太陽報》電話訪問中時否認，只稱是有感而發。
