版友好， 最近需要一臺代步車，剛好有長輩朋友願意售出 想請教一下是否值得接手 92年corona，2.0的排氣量 我不是很了解車子的名詞，以下描述若有誤請見諒 有換過正時皮帶，4隻避震器彈簧，壓縮機,內鏈帶(?) 4條輪胎換過跑了大約200公里而已。 內裝還蠻乾淨，試開起步輕快，怠速時方向盤不會抖動。 引擎運作還蠻小聲的，冷氣強。 外部也不錯，沒有太大損傷，還有貼3M隔熱紙 目前16萬公里左右 車主開價5.5萬（含過戶，驗車） 請問值得買嗎？ 我主要是開上下班，每個月要跑一趟長途北高。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.80.43

酒駕男撞竹市府　遭逮進警局呼呼大睡

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市1名朱姓男子今天凌晨1時許酒後駕車，行經新竹市政府前，右轉時撞斷市府門口的裝飾石球，一度還行駛在人行道上，但因市府門口人行道有擺放大型花盆，朱男撞到花盆後才停車。警局執勤人員見狀立即通報，交通警員立即趕抵現場，對朱男執行酒測，發現他酒測值經高達1.30毫克，隨即將他帶回派出所訊問。只是朱嫌被帶回警局後，因神智不清，倒頭呼呼大睡，暫時無法製作筆錄。

8a21bc3e3e3366a9e3fe4d1e7a2663c2 家裡有台舊手機，有什麼用呢？只需要在舊、新手機同時安裝「WardenCam」，用Gmail帳號登陸，舊手機的鏡頭就會變成監視器被，只要有網路，就可以在另外一台手機裡看到即時畫面，此外它還提供包括動作監測、雙向語音、以及雲端儲存等其他功能。

家裡有台舊手機，用來幹什麼好？

除了去參加荷蘭的扔手機大賽，你還可以把它變成監控Webcam。實做起來非常簡單，只需要在舊手機和現在正在使用的手機上同時下載一個叫做「WardenCam」的app，用Gmail帳號登陸，舊手機的鏡頭就會被打開，你把它放置在你想監控的地方，只要有網路，無論距離有多遠，你就可以在另外一台手機裡看到即時畫面，此外它還提供包括動作監測、雙向語音、以及雲端儲存等其他功能。

WardenCam監控有幾個特別的地方。也許有的人並不想時時刻刻都盯著螢幕，而是只想在異常發生時收到通知，那麼它還有一個特點就是「動作監測」（Motion Detect）。也就是說，當它透過手機的感應器監測到有物體移動，比如家裡有人進入、或者小孩睡醒翻身時，它會自動向另外一台手機發送通知，這樣使用者就可以知道畫面發生了變化，進而有選擇性地進行查看。WardenCam的創始人Hongbin說，這主要是利用攝影機對光線明暗變化的監測來實現的，所以它的應用場景還是局限在室內。

另外，WardenCam直接連結Dropbox的雲端服務，只要使用者綁定自己的Dropbox帳號，所有的影片資料都會儲存進去，還可以設置成每隔一段時間自動覆蓋，這樣就不會用因為檔案過大而導致儲存空間不足，還可以在Dropbox網頁上直接播放。

對於利用舊手機來當監控設備來說，畫質和電量會是一個比較重要的問題。Hongbin說，以三星的Galaxy S3為例，可以達到每秒10幀，而三年前的HTC手機，則可以實現每秒6幀，佔用的頻寬也僅僅是20K。如果要開啟音訊廣播功能，則畫質和傳送速率會相應地有一些影響。

而在一般情況下，普通Android手機可以做到連續兩個小時包括音訊的監控。使用者當然也可以根據需要來設置畫面的清晰程度，以達到節約電量的目的。另外，WardenCam還可以在螢幕鎖定的情況下在後台運做，如果設置了動作監測提醒，那麼只有在畫面異常的時候，手機才會得到通知，這樣把資料和電量的損失都降到了最小。

比起傳統的視訊監控裝置，WardenCam最大的優勢當然在於無需購買新硬體設備，使得成本大大降低；但除此之外，它的使用也非常簡單，不需要像那些監控設備的IP支援，不需要設置相對應的埠，只需要登陸Gmail帳號就可以。

WardenCam的使用場景也非常多樣，無論是嬰兒的監控、老人的照顧還是家庭的保全，都可以透過它來做到。

對於Hongbin來說，這個app其實是無心開發出來的結果。最開始他想做的其實是一個有聽覺和視覺的機器人，後來在開發過程中覺得這個功能很好，所以先做了一個APP。「如果給手機加上輪子的話，還可以做到遠端遙控，讓它可以多角度移動監控。不過這個成本會比較高，我還不能確定市場反應是什麼樣。」Hongbin說。

WardenCam是付費app，不過使用者可以在Google Play上先免費下載進行試用。Hongbin說:WardenCam的下一步將是支援多部鏡頭攝錄，並預計會在明年下半年登陸iOS平台。

我的主機板是b75m-d3h有支援usb3 目前作業系統是win8.1 但只要把我的usb3.0隨身碟接在機殼前置usb3.0孔後 系統狂lag，連滑鼠都會定格 可是接在前置usb 2.0就不會 是主板的問題嗎？ 機殼有支援前置3.0 還是因為usb接太多導致主板負荷不了？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.17.226.124

義大利前總理貝魯斯柯尼遭逐出國會

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】聲名狼藉的義大利前總理貝魯斯柯尼，昨天遭參議院表決取消其參議員資格。失去國會議員身分保護傘的老貝，隨時可能遭到逮捕。現年77歲的貝魯斯柯尼今年5月因逃稅遭判4年徒刑、禠奪公權5年，隨後米蘭上訴法院改為禠奪公權2年。

義大利參議院在當地時間昨天下午5時40分完成投票，電子螢幕上顯然支持將老貝逐出國會者較多，議長格拉索隨即宣佈，這位前總理被取消參議員資格。英國廣播公司（BBC）稱，這位縱橫義大利政壇20年的爭議總理，因為確定失去國會保護傘，被抓幾成定局。不過老貝在羅馬仍向支持者喊冤，說這場投票簡直是民主的哀悼日。

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】1名欲搭機前往日本遊玩的詹姓旅客，昨天中午抵達桃園機場時發現護照過期，緊急向機場外交部領務局申請，領務局人員表示，因作業關係，最少需要3、4小時以上才可以完成。

經過溝通後，詹姓旅客改搭今天早上8時的班機前往日本，但仍讓詹姓旅客不滿，認為何副總統的女兒就可以迅速辦理，我們一般百姓卻不行，痛批機場外交部，大小眼，不平等待遇。

大陸昨(27)日公佈的環渤海地區發熱量5500大卡動力煤價格指數再度大漲11元/噸，報收於576元/噸(人民幣,下同)，是連續第七周上漲。自10月16日價格反彈至本報告週期(11/20-11/26)，動力煤價格已經累計上漲了46元/噸、漲幅為8.7%。

動力煤市場火熱的背後，是下游行業需求回溫。受近期水泥價格連創新高、北方地區提前遭遇極端氣候以及年度合約談判即將開啟等因素的影響，環渤海動力煤價格指數有望繼續走高。

大陸全國水泥均價連續七周上漲。數字水泥網最新數據顯示，上周全國水泥均價繼續攀升0.5%，已經超過去年第四季高點3.1%。水泥價格的上漲主要受到了各地政府就治理大氣污染出台的節能減排措施有關。

大陸中央氣象台26日發佈寒潮藍色預警，預計未來兩天我國中東部地區將出現大風降溫天氣。而在兩周前，遼寧、黑龍江、吉林三省就已經遭受嚴重的大雪肆虐，隨後中央氣象台先後發佈藍色和黃色暴雪預警，由此看來，北方地區極端氣候已經提前到來，供暖需求加大將刺激煤炭需求。

另外，臨近年底，新一年度的電煤合約談判即將開啟，按照以往慣例，煤炭企業為爭奪定價權可能會透過限產進行保價。從目前來看，為了在12月中旬的談判中取得更多定價權，大型煤炭企業正透過漲價、控制發往港口貨源等形式造勢為談判加碼。
