【林泊志／宜蘭報導】積極推廣藝術家駐校計畫的蘇澳鎮南安國中，校內國三學生曾彥哲，於一年前接觸版畫，並努力刻出一幅「阿公在雕刻」的版畫作品，近日參加宜蘭縣學生美術比賽，拿下版畫類國中普通班組第二名，曾彥哲開心不已，直說：「根本沒想過會得獎！很開心！」
 
個性憨直、十分靦腆的曾彥哲，父親修船，媽媽當會計，家中鮮少接觸藝術事物，但他國二時，一看到版畫就愛上，主動跟老師報名參加學校的美術社團。
 
一年多來，受美術老師陳雪芬的指導，為了把這幅版畫刻好，除利用上課時間刻版畫外，每天中午午休時間也會到美術教室報到。他說，一開始從照片中臨摹，但刻劃布局時，不斷和老師討論，也把自己的想像和創意融入版畫裡面，增添精采度。
 
他表示，刻版畫時曾下刀過頭，但他並不憂心，反而從中學習如何修復，考驗自己的應變能力，另為讓阿公的臉部皺紋紋路及衣服皺折更仿真，還一度思考多時，下刀多次修改。首次參賽就奪獎，他靦腆的說「很意外！」
 
從事美術教學30年的指導老師陳雪芬表示，到南安國中執教3年多，以往都教學生水墨畫，到此才開始教授版畫。她表示，南安國中的學生多是漁村子弟，因當地藝術刺激較其他地方少，且藝術資源不多，常會自己找畫冊或拍攝照片讓學生參考，增加藝術薰陶與刺激，同時讓學生思考創作手法。
 
她表示，學生創作時遇到瓶頸常向她詢問解決之道，但她盡量不干擾創意，反回問：「你覺得該怎麼做會比較好？」讓學生自行思考，保留作品的原創性。

如以現有國產中型車市熱絡來看，可預見年底車市將出現今年以來難得的繁榮氣象。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今下午與五院院長茶敘，但立法院長王金平請假，由副院長洪秀柱代為出席。馬總統在會中提到，「兩岸服貿協議」在進行公聽會上，時間花的比較多，台灣的外商和臨近的國家，都在關心我國是否有足夠的決心和誠意，「立法院這工作要加速進行，儘快進入審查階段，這個過了之後，跟大陸的貨品貿易很快要登場」。

總統也說行政、立法部門好比車之兩輪，要有良性互動，才能提升政府效能。他感謝王金平和洪秀柱的領導，讓立法院一方面監督行政部門，一方面還能配合政府施政。
