餐廳名稱：L' ATELIER de Joël Robuchon 消費時間：2011年/4月 地址：133 avenue des Champs-Élysées 75008 Paris 電話：+33 (0)1 47 23 75 75 每人平均價位：50歐以上 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：Le Carpaccio de Dorade 薄片生魚雕 LE FOIE GRAS 嫩煎鴨肝佐焦糖化葡萄柚 鵪鶉鑲鴨肝佐松露馬鈴薯泥 L’Agneau de lait de Lozere en côtelettes 小羔羊肋排 官網：http://www.atelier-robuchon.com/fr/ (有菜單，每道菜都有價目) 音樂圖文網誌版:http://sophielee46.pixnet.net/blog/post/101641655 巴黎香榭大道上的米其林二星 - L' ATELIER de Joël Robuchon 侯布雄法式餐廳，是 蘇菲第一次吃星星餐廳的經驗。當初會選擇香榭分店，是朋友推薦的，以及評比分數 較高。電話預訂中午時段，實際用餐人數並非想像中的多，大概是非熱門時段的關係 。蘇菲沒有做太多的事前功課，事後也隔一陣子了才寫食記，但至今還是回味無窮阿。 至於台北的侯布雄 (無星級餐廳) 還沒有去過，無法比較，但據朋友的評價為餐點偏鹹 ，甜點不錯。忠道的巴黎小站裡有提到的台北的侯布雄，大家可以參考。 這次因為有大人們在，所以吃的比較豪華一點，呵呵。點了三份季節性套餐，搭上 香檳，一瓶紅酒，另加點扇貝和小羔羊肋排。 *法國麵包是免費吃到飽的，烤熱外酥內軟超級好吃，天然酵母發酵的味道略帶點微酸 。因為餐點吃不飽只好多吃幾個麵包，接下來的觀光行程才有體力阿。 *Champagne rosé masion Bruno Paillard 布魯諾波達粉紅香檳 品種 : Chardonnay, Pinot noir 官網介紹 : http://www.champagnebrunopaillard.com/ Bruno Paillard 香檳成立於1981年，創始人生於蘭斯 Reims，每年產出約 4 到 500000 瓶香檳。一瓶粉紅香檳 375 cl 大約 20 多歐元，這裡點一人一杯是 27 歐阿。外觀為 水蜜桃色，氣泡非常細緻，香氣為紅色水果味，幾乎沒有單寧感。 *Le Carpaccio de Dorade 薄片生魚雕 大推這一道，法式料理的刀工精緻，薄片生魚雕滑順入口即化，吃完後回味無窮。 *L’Asperge Blanche 白蘆筍冷湯 奶油味及橄欖油，不會太重口味 *2006 Médoc Chateau Tour-Seran 寶塔酒莊干红葡萄酒 RP 88 服務生推薦的紅酒。寶塔酒莊是法國波爾多梅多克（Medoc）產區的酒莊之一，在 中級酒莊聯盟（L'Alliance des Crus Bourgeois）2012 年發布的中級酒莊 （Cru Bourgeois）名單中榜上有名。 Indicative Blend: 65% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc & 10% Petit Verdot *扇貝 美食下肚前蘇菲正在拍照時，結果服務生提醒我們要盡快吃完~哈哈。不解釋， 食材新鮮料理的也很恰當。 *LE FOIE GRAS 嫩煎鴨肝佐焦糖化葡萄柚 外表煎的微焦，鴨肝的肥美配上微酸的葡萄柚，和切成細末的蔥花，味道搭配的平衡 不膩，推薦這道菜無可挑剔的經典法式菜色。 *茄子淡濃湯佐水波蛋及香菇 精緻的起司餅乾，完全猜不出是用"蕃茄"熬煮的湯料，茄味非常淡雅。 *鵪鶉鑲鴨肝佐松露馬鈴薯泥 傳說中侯布雄的經典菜，鵪鶉肉質細膩，口感綿密，表皮焦酥超級好吃的。 *L’Agneau de lait de Lozere en côtelettes 小羔羊肋排 L’Agneau de Lait 用的是奶羊（milked lamb），產地為法國洛澤爾省，地處法國 中央高原南部。肉質細膩，羊腥味很低，超級好吃，三兩下就迅速下肚了。 *金箔芒果慕斯 這幾道甜點中最好吃的，酸酸甜甜的清爽無比 !不過巴黎有很多有名的甜點店， 對於侯布雄的甜點倒是沒有太多的驚奇。 *最後的甜點最甜，巧克力甜到爆炸 !!!雖然上面有一圈金箔，不過不太合胃口 今日的主廚是義大利人，照片中間的服務生長得有點像《小甜甜》安東尼。 帳單，花了不少摳摳。整體而言，菜色精緻度和用餐環境都很不錯，美中不足是C/P值 低了一點。如果被朋友問到推薦的巴黎米其林餐廳，蘇菲會比較建議其他星星級餐廳 和小酒館喔。 ------------------------------------------- 臉書粉絲團: 蘇菲的窩 La Maison de Sophie 食記 ‧ 詳細記錄每道佳餚，蘇菲讓你不苦惱如何點餐。 ※ 編輯: bonbon0417 來自: 111.250.124.243 (12/02 21:40)※bonbon0417:轉錄至看板 EuropeTravel 12/02 21:41 ※ 編輯: bonbon0417 來自: 111.250.124.243 (12/02 21:57)
