※ [本文轉錄自 Gossiping 看板 #1IiQqARK ] 作者: liar7 (萊爾‧七:我只能說12樓) 看板: Gossiping 標題: [新聞] 求償金額高達41.37億，ASUS對VIA民事起訴 時間: Wed Dec 18 22:11:16 2013 1.媒體來源: VR-Zone 2.完整新聞標題/內文: 求償金額高達 41.37 億，ASUS 對 VIA 民事起訴做出回應 ASUS 在 18 日下午 5 時 30 分針對 VIA 提告一事作出回應。 VIA 在 17 日發佈新聞稿，針對 ASMedia 以及其員工向臺北地方法院提起民事 訴訟索賠案件。這案件主要是 ASUS 與其子公司 ASMedia 包含了盜竊及濫用 USB 技術的智慧財產權，而被告包含了 ASMedia 董事長沈振來、ASMedia 總 經理林哲偉以及其餘 4 名員工，同時也要求高達新台幣 41.37 億的民事賠償。 在 5 時 30 分的說明會中，ASUS 針對 VIA 一案做出聲明，完整說明如下： 1. 本公司尚未收到威盛公司之民事索賠書狀。但對於媒體所載，威盛公司向本 公司提出鉅額求償，應係商業手段，而有意圖干擾本公司營業之嫌。本公司深 信，法院必將釐清曲直與是非。 2. 依據報載，威盛公司係依臺北地檢署就該公司所提告訴案於102年11月8日所 公佈之偵查結果，而向本公司等提出民事索賠。然查，臺北地檢署已對祥碩科 技公司之董事長沈振來及總經理林哲偉作出不起訴處分；尤有甚者，本公司並 非上述刑案之被告，則威盛公司對本公司提出民事索賠，顯屬無稽，且於法無 據。 3. 本公司既非刑案被告，則威盛公司於民事訴訟程序開始前，積極透過媒體揭 露本件於法無據之民事索賠，導致本公司供應商、客戶、投資人及員工諸多關 切，並造成 本公司重大困擾，顯屬非是。對於任何侵害本公司權益者，本公司 必將委請律師採取法律行動，以維本公司全體投資人之權益。 4. 本公司及所屬集團公司向來要求員工恪遵法律，並尊重他人之智慧財產權。 本公司深信司法之公正，且將全力協助司法機關釐清事實，以維護本公司及集 團公司員工之清白及信譽。 人在上海的 ASUS 執行長沈振來表示，在台灣所有的公司應該努力的讓品牌在 國際上發揚光大，而非關起門來內鬥。另一方面，沈振來也指出，這件事情已 經影響到 ASUS 正常運作以及影響供應鏈間的關係。 沈振來以及董事長施崇棠均認為，面對著外在環境的壓力下，台灣品牌應該站 在同一條線上，努力將台灣品牌推向世界。 另 一方面，在尚未收到任何索賠書狀前，VIA 發新聞稿向 ASUS 求償 41.37 億 一事，在說明中也提到，台北地檢署已經對 ASMedia 沈振來與總經理林哲偉 作出不起訴，包含董事長、執行長以及發言人張偉明在內，均覺得這起事件是 一起商業手法，施崇棠更指出針對其他公司提告，包含這次 VIA 的行為，將 會奉陪到底。 3.新聞連結: http://ppt.cc/ot7T 4.備註: htc太無良了吧，自己公司虧錢就去告台灣其他有賺錢的廠商拿保護費。 中國人這樣欺負台灣人的喔我Ｘ。 -- 周永明:擺脫官僚習氣我們將會再起(12/09) HTC 2013 年第一季利潤史上最低(13/04) 周永明:承諾宏達電明年加薪(12/12) 宏達電員工農曆年前激勵獎金沒了(13/02) 周永明:新手機不成功就下台(13/03) 周永明：我沒說過HTC One不成功就辭職(13/06) 周永明:HTC One是世界最好的智慧型手機(13/06) HTC One拍攝照片被指顏色泛紫(13/07) 周永明:至少HTC沒虧錢(13/06) 宏達電第3季恐虧損(13/08) 王力宏表示:不要害怕 http://youtu.be/_pSdRZyYGBE

《大陸經濟》Q4銀行家宏觀經濟信心指數勁揚

大陸人民銀行發布2013年第4季銀行家問卷調查報告。報告顯示，大陸銀行家宏觀經濟熱度指數為38.6%，較上季提高7.3個百分點；銀行家宏觀經濟信心指數為71.3%，較上季提高10.3個百分點。

報告顯示，第4季銀行業景氣指數為77.9%，較上季提高1個百分點；盈利指數為81.6%，較上季提高0.5個百分點；競爭力指數為63%，較上季下降0.7個百分點。

報告顯示，第4季貸款總體需求指數為74.4%，較上季略降0.3個百分點。就產業看，製造業貸款和非制造業貸款需求指數分別為65.7%、63.7%，較上季分別提高0.9和0.1個百分點；銀行家對下季宏觀經濟熱度預期指數為43%，較本季判斷提高4.4個百分點。

另外，銀行家貨幣政策感受指數為73.3%，較上季提高2.1個百分點。對下季貨幣政策感受預期指數71.6%，較本季判斷下降1.7個百分點。

台縣市調查 陳菊擠下賴清德稱后 郝龍斌鹹魚翻身

【大紀元2013年12月18日訊】（大紀元記者徐翠玲台北報導）《新新聞》18日公布全國最有潛力縣市調查，高雄市以最高分77.8奪第一，花蓮縣及蟬聯兩次王座的台南市分居二、三名，而基隆市以最低41.6分墊後。五都中，台北市從第19名躍升第13名，拿下最佳進步獎。

稱后的高雄市長陳菊，個人評價居全國第二，十項施政評價全國第四，施政有感度全國第一。總排名第三的台南市長賴清德，前兩次調查都是第一，這次個人評價與十項施政評價均居全國第一，但有感度落居第14。

而進步幅度最大的是台北市長郝龍斌，擺脫年初雙子星案影響，從第19名跳升第13名。新北市長朱立倫施政成果雖不是特別突出，但個人評價大幅進步、十項施政小幅前進，是民調中較不明顯的潛力首長。

台灣指標總經理戴立安指出，這次民調對往後選舉意義重大。目前都在談2014年縣市長七合一選舉及2016年選舉，從選舉進程規劃看，明年12月初投完票選完七合一縣市長後，隔一個農曆新年，國民黨、民進黨正副總統黨內初選就開動，2014年選舉結果氛圍一定會延續到2015年，兩黨的提名甚至競逐，一路選舉的氛圍會持續到2016年。◇
