【劉昌松／台北報導】最高法院審理男子沈江田亂刀砍死岳母、妻子案，認為二審沒有調查清楚沈男到底是何時起意殺人等理由，將全案撤銷發回花蓮高分院，進行更四審，沈江田因此再度逃過死刑。

沈江田因不滿求見妻子遭岳母阻擋，3年前開夜車到花蓮買了菜刀，先砍死岳母謝金媛、妻子張琍瑩後自殘，花蓮高分院4度以沈犯行泯滅人性、罪無可逭，重判死刑。

但最高法院召開生死辯論庭後認為，原審一下說沈在抵達花蓮時起意殺人、一下說是遭岳母推出門外時興起殺機，原判決對沈何時想殺人交代不清，也未交代沈是一開始就要殺害2人，還是先後起意殺人，且對沈男應量處刑度調查不足，因此第4度撤銷沈江田的死刑判決，發回花蓮高分院更審。

【林奕雯／綜合報導】韓國美聲團體「2AM」，周六將在南港101開唱，陪台灣歌迷提早過聖誕。他們為籌備演唱會，明中午12點40分將搭OZ711班機抵台，他們雖已造訪寶島3次，但都因行程滿檔，無法好好遊覽台北風光，此行再度訪台，他們說：「想去101大樓、夜市逛逛，有時間的話，也想去基隆看黃色小鴨。」
 
他們甫結束洛杉磯的巡演，後天移師台北舉行，台北場門票已售出近8成，購票洽7-11 ibon。
