平安夜陳情 關場工人報「怨」音

【孫友廉／新北報導】全國關廠工人連線、台灣國際勞工協會約4、50人，今天下午選在平安夜前夕，展開街頭報「怨」音活動，第一站為新北地院板橋簡易庭，關廠工人抗議新北地院不將勞委會追償失業勞工貸款的訴訟移轉至行政訴訟，因此到簡易庭報怨音抗議。
活動新聞聯絡人吳永毅指出，現今桃園、苗栗與台中等地院對於相關訴訟，有150餘件均認為屬公法關係，改由行政訴訟審理，但新北地院及所屬板橋、三重簡易庭，卻全數駁回27件移轉管轄的聲請，仍由民事庭審理。
台灣國際勞工協會理事長吳靜如指出，新北地院對於關廠工人的案件，不管裁定或判決均十分草率，完全未考慮兩方的不對等關係，也不願傳喚證人作證，僅依照契約形式裁定或判決。而桃園等地院會認為屬行政訴訟，主要基於一方是勞委會職訓局，又根據「就業安定基金」相關條文，補助這些遭老闆肆意關廠，拿不到任何資遣費、退休金的工人。
抗議工人也向新北地院遞送一小株代表陳情書的聖誕樹，由板橋簡易庭少年家事科陳姓科長接受。陳科長表示，會將訴求轉達給法院及法官。4、50名關廠工人，也在簡易庭門前高喊「調查事實，還原真相」等口號，再分別騎著機車，或步行前往第2站新北市市民廣場,及第3站新北地院。

【戴安瑋╱台北報導】消基會與標準局透過鞋店、賣場及網路等通路，買19件童鞋檢測，6件中文標示不符規定。另檢測8種塑化劑總含量，6件童鞋超標，多環芳香烴化合物總量則有2件超標。其中，最嚴重的是7net網站買的0101 shoes童鞋，無商品名稱和鞋類材質和生產國別標示，塑化劑總含量46.16%(標準為0.1%)，多環芳香烴化合物鞋面16種總量12.95 mg/kg、鞋底36.58 mg/kg(標準10 mg/kg以下)。 其他童鞋超標通路尚有森森購物網，家樂福，愛買，大買家，好腳色。違規業者須回收產品，並限期改善或銷毀或退運。 【更多生活新聞訊息，請加入《蘋果生活八爪魚》粉絲團】
