【張勵德／台北報導】家扶基金會今天舉辦寄養家庭招募記者會，邀請多個寄養家庭到場分享照顧弱勢孩子的心路歷程。今年26歲的甜甜，10歲時因為媽媽過世、爸爸染有酒癮，經過社政單位安排下和弟弟一起來到盤夏姬的家中寄養，這一住就是10年，盤夏姬把甜甜當作自己女兒照顧，連後來甜甜結婚生子，都是她陪伴進入產房照顧，和甜甜一起呼吸、穩定她的情緒，一起迎接新生命到來。甜甜感激地說：「夏姬媽媽給我滿滿的愛，她就是我的媽媽！」

照顧過4個寄養童的盤夏姬說，照顧寄養孩子沒有特別訣竅，只要她自己女兒有的，寄養孩子也一定會有，「我本來只有1個女兒，有了寄養孩子後，我多了許多孩子，生命也更豐富了！」

家扶推行寄養家庭已34年，但基金會表示，近5年招募寄養家庭日趨困難，每年雖有約600戶的家庭想報名成為寄養家庭，但經過健康檢查、家庭訪視等評估後，真正成為寄養家庭不到150戶，以去年為例，僅招募到101戶寄養家庭，而全部960戶寄養家庭得照顧1503個孩子，照顧壓力相當大。

家扶呼籲，只要結婚超過2年，身心健康、具國中以上學歷，年齡在25到55歲、收入穩固且有充足空間的家庭，都歡迎一起加入寄養家庭的行列。詳洽：0800-078585。

台中豐原附近的博愛街有一整排賣素食的店家，也因此又稱為「素食街」，在這條街上幾乎什麼種類的食物都有，而這篇要介紹的是「素芬芳」這一家店。之所以會走到這家店，完全就是聽說他的蚵仔煎很好吃，當然要來慕名品味一下囉！

底下是他們家的麵，他們家的料非常的多，湯頭也還算可以接受。

而底下是這次的重點，素食蚵仔煎！

蚵仔煎上面包著一層蛋，把蛋扒開後，又是一層青菜和豐富的料！

再來仔細看一下，這料可真的相當地多，蛋的滑潤加青菜的清脆，還有麻醬的香味，一聞就飢腸轆轆，吃起來更是震撼你的味蕾。

底下則是他們家的湯餃，這個水餃我就真的覺得還好了，不過湯頭依舊不錯。

總結：整體來說，因為在這家吃的東西實在不多，最讓海芋覺得驚豔的東西還是蚵仔煎，口感滑潤而札實，而其它的兩樣雖然海芋覺得沒有蚵仔煎給我的感覺一樣驚豔，但是還是料真的相當多，而且價格相當便宜，若還有機會到這裡，海芋一定會再來拜訪這家店。
