前世界銀行副總裁林毅夫當地時間10日在美國芝加哥說，中國大陸未來20年的經濟成長率有潛力保持年均8%，但達到這一目標則須面臨「調整收入差距過大」和「治理貪污腐敗」的挑戰。

新華社報導，林毅夫在芝加哥向美國中部商界主管及專業人士說明大陸經濟發展趨勢時，作上述表示。

林毅夫說，1978年到2012年，大陸國內生產毛額（GDP）年均成長率為9.8%，「可謂奇跡」。

他指出，經濟成長的本質是不斷地技術更新和工業改造，而大陸身為開發中國家，在這兩方面都有後發優勢。至於未來的發展速度，取決於能否充分利用這些優勢。

報導提到，林毅夫將大陸的情況與台灣、日本、新加坡和南韓從1950到1990年代的發展相比較，以此認為大陸未來20年的經濟成長率，有潛力保持年均8%。

林毅夫說，大陸經濟要達到8%的成長速度，必須面對一些挑戰，包括「調整收入差距過大」和「治理貪污腐敗」，同時要根據自身相對優勢制定經濟發展策略，保持競爭力。

他提到，農業也很重要，因為大陸農業仍僱用大量勞力。但隨著城市化的發展，農業產值占GDP的比重將下降，作用也會降低。

73歲的張政勝表示，64年前就讀國小時曾到花蓮服務所遠足，當時美崙淨水廠就在花蓮服務所內，「當年，這裡有好多『游泳池』」，昨天原定要跟「游泳池」合照，但美崙淨水廠早已停用。

水公司第九區管理處表示，美崙淨水廠共5個慢濾池，年代最久的是民國10年建成，光復初期，「這5口慢濾池很夠吃」，後來秀林鄉的砂婆礑淨水廠設備擴充，美崙淨水廠停用。

花蓮服務所占地7.5公頃，除美崙淨水廠，還有櫻花棧道、百年蒼松；民眾在臉書「打卡」，發現地點為「驚魅松園」，經解釋才知是有魅力的意思。
